Beachin' Awesome is a brand new construction home on the sound-side in Monteray Shores. This charming, three-bedroom home offers you great amenities with your own private saltwater pool and hot tub. The great room gives you plenty of space for dining and preparing your favorite meals in the upscale kitchen or gathering to watch your favorite sports, movies or TV shows.

You are also just 4 miles from the Currituck Beach Lighthouse, Whalehead Club, restaurants, and entertainment at theCorolla Light Town center and 5 miles from the 4x4 beaches. Or you can relax under sun-shaded cabanas or take a dip in the community pool. Hot tub was great and well-used, as was the pool! House was well set up, furniture was nice and functional. All appliances worked well and the walk to the beach as well as restaurants and shops was pretty short. Communication with property management was clear and easy, too. Great rental!

Very easy to rent and check-in/out. We did notice during our stay no had cleaned under anything (an old fermented baby bottle rolled out from under a couch) The house is gorgeous, hot tub and pool were an awesome bonus!
