As you enter the first floor, you'll find a spacious living area along with a King bedroom that exudes comfort and relaxation. The second floor boasts a living area with a large flat-screen TV, another en-suite king bedroom, a cozy queen bedroom, and a charming room with two twin beds, providing ample space for everyone to rest and rejuvenate.
The high-end Viking kitchen appliances are sure to impress any home chef, making meal preparation a breeze. When it's time to unwind, step out onto one of the two screened-in patios, where you can savor your morning coffee or sip on a margarita while enjoying the peaceful sounds of the neighboring state forest.
Your furry friend is welcome to join in on the fun, as this home is dog-friendly! The fenced-in backyard provides ample space for your pup to play while you soak up the sun. The backyard also features an outdoor shower to wash off the sand from a day at the beach.
Across the street is the seasonally heated neighborhood pool, and steps away is the pickleball/tennis court. Take a summertime stroll, koozie in hand, to the rolling white sand, just a 10-minute walk away! "Chillin', breezin', sippin', singin' oh, beachin'" - experience it all at Beachin' 30A.

Grove by the Sea beach subdivision is laced with a series of walking paths meandering through lovely beachy cottages nestled amongst native pines and palms. The community has two pools for cooling dips, and a tennis court that doubles for basketball and pickleball.

CANCELLATION POLICY: The guest receives 100% (less cancellation fee) if cancellation occurs more than 60 days before arrival; Guest receives 50% (less cancellation fee) if cancellation occurs more than 30 days before arrival; No refunds within 30 days of arrival.
Accidental Damage Protection: Your Admin Fee includes an accidental damage protection plan. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible for paying if there is accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2500. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, and/or damages caused by pets. All guests will also be required to provide a credit card for damages that exceed the protection limit or are not protected by the plan.
The primary Guest is required to sign the Kismet Properties Renter's Agreement and upload a copy of their ID.
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The house is comfortable, clean and appointed with everything you need. We had our entire family staying here and with the dual living areas, a kitchen that was well stocked, and a lovely backyard with a grill, we all relaxed, had meals “at home” a couple of nights and each had our own space as well as great places to hang out together.
A great rental/location for an end of summer week! We found this property to be very clean and accommodating. Plenty of items in the kitchen to prepare several meals for all the guests. All the appliances worked perfectly. Bedrooms were spacious and very comfortable with plenty of linens. Our recommendations are to make arrangements for closet space and larger dresser accommodations in the downstairs master bedroom. It was very inconvenient to live out of a suitcase for 2 people, and the expectation is, this is the master suite, which should have more of the conveniences and amenities. The hanging rack in the bedroom just caused more of a clutter. Maybe a large armoire and larger dresser could be purchased. 2nd would highly recommend curtains or shades above the master vanity sinks at the transoms and the window where the commode is. Given the house next door is a 2 story and was occupied they can see right into the master area while showering and changing when the lights are on. The toilet/shower area window faces the street, and we found ourselves keeping the lights off when in use. We did enjoy our stay, enjoyed our morning walks, and appreciate the quiet and privacy the house offered. It was a great get away and 30A is a perfect venue!
We visit 30A every summer and decided to stay at this home for the first time. The convenience of the beach, Publix, and a gym were awesome! Everything was in a short golf cart ride away. The community pool was literally across the street and every time we went we had the entire pool to ourselves! The house was private and away from the crowd. It was well equipped with everything we needed to eat in every day! The only drawback was the home did not come with a golf cart or bikes. It would have been awesome not to spend an extra $600 bucks to get a cart to use.
