Unobstructed ocean views! See all the way down the beach to Galveston. Four bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths. Plenty of space and several decks for enjoying the sun. You have space to entertain, inside the beach home , but also underneath where you will find a large built in bar, propane/charcoal bar b q , swings, hammock loft and outdoor shower. Fenced in yard. Private walkover to the beach. Gourmet kitchen with butlers pantry. Tv`s in every room. Master has soaking tub with beach view! Sleeps 14r>
This is our home so it is decorated as such, not like a rental. Comfortable beds and furniture. We want you to feel like its your home while on vacation. Has a wine fridge and large pantry with chest freezer. We are pet friendly with pet fee. Max 2 pets. Linens are included except for beach towels. Beds will be made upon your arrival.

Awesome views , no houses on either side. See all the way down the beach to Galveston. Has its on private walkway to the beach and the golf cart trail is right down the street.

Guest booking a stay must be 25 or older and present during stay.

We deep clean between each guests` stay and cannot offer early check-in or late check-out.

The elevator is not in use. Please do not tamper with.

Please do no open windows unless there is an emergency. Please leave front door closed at all times. Allowing the extreme humidity into house can cause damage to surfaces and fixtures. There are sensors that send alerts and will automatically turn AC unit off.
Keep pets off furniture. Wash and dry your pets and yourselves before entering house.
No smoking in house or on upper deck.

The septic system is a grinder system. Please do not flush sanitary napkins, wet-wipes, tampons, diapers or any items other than toilet paper. Any damage to septic grinder from items other than toilet paper will incur replacement cost of the septic grinder.
The extreme high humidity in Bolivar can damage the interior walls, cabinets, appliances, etc. Do not leave doors or windows open. Any damage caused from open windows/doors to walls, furniture or any interior items will incur replacement costs of those items without depreciation factored into cost.
The thermostat is regulated and can only be set at 71 degrees or above.
Keep dogs off the furniture. If you bring your dogs to the beach please rinse them off (outside) and dry before bringing them into the house. If your dog sheds bring your own blankets to cover the sofa and chairs. If your dog is a profuse shedder let me know so I can leave the vacuum out for you.
No smoking in the house or on any deck. No open flames, fires or Fireworks on any deck. If there are burn holes or burn marks on the deck furniture this means you broke the rule and will incur cost to replace without depreciation consideration. If you smoke under the house please dispose of cigarette butts appropriately.
Maximum guest occupancy is 14. Any unregistered persons above this number will be considered trespassing. Any guest that fails to present a form of Identification upon request will be considered trespassing
If you’ve been on the beach rinse yourself off downstairs before entering the house.
Please leave any beds that were slept in unmade. We provide trash bags. Please do not put loose garbage in bins.
We may ask for each registered guest to provide proof of identification that matches booked guests. Failure to provide ID could result in your reservation being cancelled or you may be considered trespassing. Picture of ID through Airbnb messaging accepted upon request. Your verified identity through Airbnb should be a picture of yourself ( not a picture of a picture). We have the right to cancel your reservation if your picture does represent properly.
