The main level flowsfrom living room to kitchen to deck through wall-to-wall sliding glass doors that frame endless ocean views. Living room features plush sofa and armchair seating, smart TV with streaming, and a gas fireplace. Kitchen equipped with stainless steel refrigerator, gas range, oven, dishwasher, microwave, smooth stone countertops, and island seating. Formal dining table seats 8 indoors. Upstairs second living area offers a quiet retreat with additional seating and TV. Bedroom 1 has a California king bed, smart TV, private balcony with ocean views, and ensuite bathroom with dual vanities, soaking tub, and glass walk-in shower. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed, smart TV, and ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower. Bedroom 3 has a California king bed, smart TV, and ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower. Two additional half bathrooms. Washer and dryer in unit. The deck is where you'll spend most of your time with outdoor sofa and chaise lounges, dining table with umbrella seating 8, gas BBQ grill, and built-in hot tub. Direct beach access down a short path. In summer, spend full days on the sand building castles and boogie boarding, then rinse off and fire up the grill for sunset dinners. The home is near Highway 101 and the Pacific Surfliner rail route, so you may hear passing trains and light freeway noise during your stay.



The Neighborhood:

You're a 2-minute walk to the sand and surf of Ventura Beach. Ventura Pier is a 10-minute walk south along the shore, great for sunset strolls and fishing. Ventura Harbor Village is a 5-minute drive with Island Packers for Channel Islands boat tours, fresh seafood at Andria's Seafood, and waterfront shops. Downtown Ventura is 10 minutes away with Surf Brewery, Aloha Steakhouse, Made West Brewing, and boutique shopping along Main Street. Channel Islands National Park boat departures leave from the harbor for world-class kayaking, snorkeling, and hiking. The Ventura River Trail for biking and walking is a 7-minute drive inland.



Getting Around:

Located directly off Highway 101 in southern Ventura. From Los Angeles, take 101 North approximately 65 miles, about 75 minutes without traffic. From Santa Barbara, take 101 South approximately 30 miles, about 35 minutes. Ventura Amtrak station (Pacific Surfliner route) is 3 miles away, a 7-minute drive. Closest airport is Hollywood Burbank Airport, 60 miles southeast, about 70 minutes. Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) is 75 miles south, roughly 90 minutes.
