Stayed Sep 17, 2023Very clean apartment, fresh lily boutique (flowers stayed fresh our entire stay, just add water). Fairly new bath and kitchen counters. Great views from the front porch. The apartment needs new blackout curtains in the front room. The current ones are transparent and the sunshine is very bright. The owners need to name the place, the sign as you drive in calls it Chateau Luan but they don't use that in the ads. We enjoyed our stay and will be back.

Stayed Aug 30, 2024Overall this place was all we expected. We came for rest and relaxation and this place did not disappoint. It was conveniently located to restaurants. The only issue we had was the ac was very loud when it ran.

Stayed Aug 16, 2024Air conditioner was extremely loud contacted my contact ask if he could send some one out to look at it he did not. I went into other units any they were quite. Very annoying. The code to get in didn’t work properly.

Stayed Jul 29, 2024The view from this property is amazing, the neighborhood is quiet and within walking distance of several great restaurants. Highly recommend the Waverly and the Beachcomber. The condo itself is great; clean and efficient. The AC is nice and cold, but I do wish it was a little quieter; we had to turn it off to be able to hear the TV. Overall an amazing place and will definitely come back!

Stayed Jun 20, 2024We really enjoyed our long weekend stay here. If you're looking for extravagance, that's not what this place will offer. If you want a quiet, quaint get-away with great proximity to the beach, and the bare essentials, this is perfect. Exactly what we needed for a quick couples escape and a relatively private beach. We will be back!
