Beachfront Townhouse - Views From Every Room

Great location! The house has everything we needed. Some of the outlets did not work in the kitchen and the coffee maker and toaster should be updated to make the experience better. The boys staying below us took our parking space so we had to park on the street. But overall, it was an excellent stay and we’d definitely come back again!

David, our host was wonderful and very accommodating. The property was clean, sunny, and the perfect size for us. The location of this property is perfect.

It was the perfect stay… I would do it again and again thank you for everything. The pictures were exactly how it is.

Fantastic location. All clean, comfortable beds, wonderful access to complex amenities (table tennis, etc, on lower level).

This was exactly what we were hoping for! Even the solid rainy days were enjoyable because of the stellar views and game amenities below the units! Just remember to bring any cooking supplies (oil, garlic salt, honey, coffee, tea, etc). They have great pots and pans/cooking tools but no added supplies to cook with. We really enjoyed our trips to the shopping area close by and the restaurants are a plenty. Very special property.

Great long weekend stay in this townhome with an amazing location on the beach in Malibu.

Our family of 5 enjoyed everything about our 5 night family vacation here. The beds were comfy, plenty of hot water, amazing beach with plenty of chairs umbrella, toys. And management is very responsive. Highly recommend

We had a great time. Sitting on the balcony and watching dolphins and seals swim past just ticked all the right boxes for the family. Of all the beaches around we thought the one just up the road was the best. Sea was predictably cold but the kids loved it. We didn’t uber anywhere in the evening but paradise cove cafe for lunch and Malibu farm restaurant for brunch were both excellent.

Everything we needed was there The location is beyond compare You will not be disappointed!!!

Best place to stay with full family , my kids enjoyed this place like their own place, easy access to the beach, outstanding view, quiet and clean place for private vacation, watched dolphins and sea lions many times during day and every day. Highly recommended.

Very nice, would do again

Our family (6) loved our stay at the Oceanfront Malibu Condo. Great location in central Malibu close to shopping (Ralph's and Whole Foods). Loved stepping out to the beach and relaxing to the crashing waves day and night. Can't wait to come again in the future!

Great location. Walls are thin. Very aggressive mothball smell. Difficult to get in and out—the key code system to the building and room is old and only worked about once every four attempts.

We stayed here with our 3 kids (2, 5, and 7). It was amazing. Incredibly clean, very comfortable beds and pillows, waters in the fridge for us, sleep masks by the bed, and an absolutely breathtaking view. It had everything we needed and was exactly as advertised. We hope to come back for a longer stay!

Stayed one week during PHC closure. Just stayed at the beach, ate at restaurants cooked at home. Great place. Super happy to have stayed there. People happy to see us!!!

Amazing location. Sleeping in the loft was like floating on the ocean. Lots of dolphin sightings right off the deck, three bathrooms so convenient, awesome community room. Host is attentive, available, and knowledgeable. Walk to fish market. Convenient drive into LA.

The condo was very nice, the space was the perfect size, the view was incredible and the host was super easy to work with. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect location on quiet street right on the beach! The host was very accommodating and the house was clean. We saw dolphins in the first hour of our stay. Loved every moment for our family’s fall break.

This was exactly what we needed! A relaxing stay right on the beach. Communication with host was excellent and the location of this property is perfect. If I had to give one piece of feedback it would be to improve the cleanliness a little. The cutlery and dishes were dirty and so we had to run them through the dishwasher when we arrived. There were also crumbs in the drawers and so we did have ants in the kitchen and other areas of the house. The host did provide bug spray which was a great help. But honestly these are very minor issues. I would 100% stay again.

I had family members of all ages at the townhouse. They enjoyed it. The townhouse has a unique private beach between the unit and the next home on the street. It is far enough (~12 homes) from the nearby public beach that it remained fairly private. The beach front itself is sandy, although there are some smaller smooth rocks as you enter the water. You can still easily swim and boogie board though. The public beach nearby has a sandier bottom. The waves don’t roll enough for surfing, but superb surfing is available within 2.5 miles. We found the home to be very nice with the exception of a partially stopped up kitchen sink. The floor was a little discolored and warped near the sliding porch door, but it was not a big deal. The waves crashing near (and sometimes under) the home are really fantastic. The crashing waves can get loud but we enjoyed it. The deck, rooms, bathrooms, and lower common deck were all very nice. The common deck near the beach has great amenities including ping pong, kayaks, boogy boards, other toys, beach chairs, a bar, and plenty of seating area. The host, David, was helpful and responsive. He was kind enough to introduce himself in person. Good restaurants and a supermarket are 2 miles away. The home is on a nearly private road that is regularly patrolled and very quiet. The only concern was the smell, which is blamed on the ocean. Maybe. I think it may actually be agents used by the cleaners. It dissipated quickly once the windows were open.
