Beachfront suite with reef views - pool, bikes, canoes, dock, and grill access

The place was lovely and clean! Was a bit disappointed because no one msged us to check up on us. We tried to reach out several times but never heard back. It was still a very nice stay.

This is a great off-the-beaten path location for those who want quiet and no crowds. We loved being able to walk right outside and be by the water or the pool. The house lacked some basics like ice-cube trays, additional throw blankets and enough shampoo to last more than two days, but otherwise was well-appointed. Note, when we were there the inflatable double kayaks were missing their rudders, rending them basically inoperable. But the bikes and canoes were great. Would highly recommend this location.

Comfortable Apartment , Clean , beautiful view , great host

Very Quiet , Clean , Host Very Responsive, Highly Recommended , Fresh Caribbean Breeze.

We were a little concerned about whether being in a downstairs unit would be dark or noisy above, and fortunately, we had wonderful fellow guests who all valued their peace and quiet as much as we did! We were able to go into lively south Caye Caulker by day and relax by the pool and our place on the north side by afternoon/evening. It was really nice to have bikes at our disposal, as well as the canoes. We were really excited to use the kayaks, but unfortunately, they were missing their rudders, rendering them inoperable. The pool was just the right size, and perfect for cooling off, and the dock was a great place to relax in the mornings and evenings. As far as the unit is concerned, it far exceeded our expectations. The bed was comfortable, and the room was situated at the back of the unit, making it quieter and easier for sleep. Bring your own toiletries. There was only one travel-sized shampoo/ conditioner/ soap for the two of us, which was gone in two days. The unit could use a few extra amenities -- like ice trays, which we bought and left in the freezer -- and patio chairs for sitting outside during the day. We had to move the barstools outside to enjoy the breeze. Otherwise, we would 100% recommend this place to anyone!

A perfect location just a few minutes bike ride from the split. Great view, private dock and pool, very quiet, peaceful, and private. Much better than staying in downtown Caye Caulker. The room was very nice, modern, and comfortable with all amenities you could ask for. Would absolutely stay here again over any other place.
