We do staycations often in the area. We have always chosen different homes. I have now found my forever staycation home. Amenities are just like the pictures, the inside is immaculate. Views are amazing, beds are comfortable I can’t brag on this one enough. Let me do you a favor…. Look no further!

The sunrises and sunsets were incredible. The home perfect for my family. My parents in their 80's were able to handle the stairs. The railings were great because they were on both sides. The hot tub holds a group. The house was clean with furniture you could all sit on. We played games did puzzels and cooked. highly recommend!

The home was spacious and beautiful. It was in a wonderful location. It was an easy drive to make and to access the beach was easy. The enormous swim spa was the favorite of our visit. We would book and stay again, just maybe a bit longer!

The host was incredibly responsive and communication was seamless! The questions or concerns we had were addressed promptly, which we truly appreciated.That said, the property itself didn’t quite meet our expectations when it came to cleanliness and overall condition. There were noticeable stains on the carpets and furniture, damaged blinds, and general wear and tear that made the space feel more dated than the listing photos suggest . We understand it’s a beach house and some wear is to be expected, but the level of upkeep fell a bit short, especially given the price. Despite these issues, the house still served its purpose, and we enjoyed our time together as a family. With a more thorough cleaning and a few updates, this property could really shine.

We had the most amazing girls’ weekend getaway to celebrate our mother’s birthday and Mother’s Day! The property was absolutely incredible — packed with amenities and just steps (literally about 5 feet!) from the beach. We spent so much time enjoying the oversized jacuzzi, relaxing on the porch swings, and gathering around the fire pit.We had six friends staying two houses down, and when they came over for dinner one night, they couldn’t stop complimenting the house and the setup. Our mom even said it was the best vacation she’s ever had — and she meant it!The only downside was that the jacuzzi seemed to have a bit too much chlorine at first. Three out of four of us developed what looked like chlorine rashes on our arms and legs, and it was uncomfortable to get back in until we removed the floating chlorine dispenser for a day. After that, it was smooth sailing again.Despite that small hiccup, we absolutely loved our stay and will definitely be returning! Highly recommend!

This house was perfect for our small group. Plenty of space and easy access to the beach. Loved the spa!!

Wonderful location, right on the beach! We loved sitting on the balconies, listening to the waves. Everything was clean and well-taken care of. The hot tub was the icing on the cake! We’ll definitely be back!

This house has everything you could possibly imagine! No possible way anybody would ever get bored! It is beautifully appointed and so well thought out! Check in/out was a breeze! Great communication from the owner! Amazing stay!

Beautiful sunrises. There are a few things that need to be fixed and it would've been perfect. The missing shade in the LR (sun will blind you), and the faucet in the MBth shower. Would definitely stay again. Our kids and grandkids loved it! Great stay!

Beach was very clean, great surf fishing, swim spa was amazing, and when we had any questions the owners were fast to respond. This was a needed trip for my boys after losing their father in the spring. We had a great time connecting and being with nature. Great trip!

Being BEACHFRONT was absolutely our favorite thing about this property!! Several things were blamed on the tropical storm that occurred several weeks earlier prior to our stay- such as no internet/Wi-Fi, having to reset the hot water heater, no golf balls for the putting green etc...

The lay out of the living area was good. Lay out of all bedrooms upstairs was good. Nice to have full bathrooms upstairs. The spa/pool was a hit for all ages. The totally fenced in ground area was great for keeping up with our kids. Would recommend this beach house. Can’t beat this front row beach view!

This house was wonderful! The location was a 10! The swim spa and golf were a hit with everyone! The house was clean and spacious. Any question or need we had, we received a quick response. We will be back for sure!!

Perfect location love where the beach access road is located!!

We chose a terrible week to come weather wise, but were still able to enjoy the house and a few of the wonderful outside amenities. The host was very responsive and made this the easiest Vrbo check in/check out process I’ve encountered. Hope to rent again when the weather is nice!

Loved it! Our group enjoyed the large hot tub/pool. We Walked to the beach barefoot multiple times bc it’s so close!

House was filthy and unfit for my grandchild. The rugs all had dog or cat feces and urine on them. Dog hair was all over the furniture. Even puddles of urine on the stairs. Very, very unsanitary for adults and children.

So convenient - RIGHT on the beach. Makes it very easy for kids and adults to run home for something they forgot or to nap. All rooms have tvs, even the patio! You can login to your own streaming services on all the tvs. This came in handy when it rained one day while we were there. Tons of games including the golf game outside and cornhole - and they are right by the swim spa. So the adults could chill in the spa while the kids played golf or cornhole. The outdoor seating is amazing - we used the swings, the fire pit area for smores and the balcony chairs for morning cups of coffee or evening drinks while looking out over the ocean. The kitchen was fully equipped for whatever is needed for big family meals. The ice maker was a lifesaver! Communication with the owners was topnotch - very quick responses for any question we might have. Would definitely stay here again!
