BeachFRONT Retreat - Sunrises, Surf, Swimming!

The host was excellent, the house was just as described. We had a great time. No issues.

Beach location is excellent. Kitchen cooking utensils and storage utensils need updating. Recliner needs repair. Upstairs deck access needs work.

Please They just need to clean the house and carpets a little better.

The house was clean and tidy. All appliances were working and kitchen was well appointed. The contract stated a certain number of paper towels and toilet paper rolls but they were not provided. We did appreciate the ramp from the driveway to the front deck and down to the beach, which was in good condition.

House was very comfortable for all of us. Perfect location from beach. Loved the private walkway. Loved the luxury hotel style bedding and towels.

Such a great stay for a large group!! The house was amazing. We really appreciated the easy walk over to the sand. Zero complaints! We will be booking again.

We had a great time at this beach house. We had rented it for a weekend getaway for our daughter's sweet 16 birthday party. So we slept a total of 12 in the house very comfortably. The girls had a great time and it made it very easy being right on the beach. It's also very nice to sit on the back porch in the shade. We went in mid April so we had most of the beach to ourselves. I know in the summer the beach gets busier, but most don't show up till way later in the morning, so it's easy to get down there and stake out your spot. Plus this house is down a bit from the busiest part. I thought it was perfect for our little weekend getaway and will definitely look to book it again later this summer. Check in was easy. I got a text a couple of days before with the code for the door. Check out seemed just as easy. I love easy!

Check in was no hassle, plenty of parking for 7 adults with 4 autos, rooms were spacious, plenty of linen available, good counter space for group prepping and meals. Balcony's were safe and sturdy to allow children to play on. Good overall experience.

Property was nice and spacious 2 rooms smelled like dog pee, water pressure in showers was low and furniture in living area was a little uncomfortable and springy. Pot holders would be nice in the kitchen.

Everything was quite nice, but the downstairs shower did not work. The ceiling fan in master bedroom didn’t run except on low

This was the least stressful checkout I’ve experienced and I rent once to twice yearly. House was as described and was appreciated. Rooms accommodated comfortably and the kitchen was so well stocked!!!! Anything we could have needed was there to include multiple place settings and plenty of coffee mugs. Beach access was great. And the deck has a fabulous view. Recommend.

Group of 13 had plenty of space. Location was great. Communication with the property management was great. House needs a better clean in between customers. Few things didn’t work and broken chairs Over all would recommend

I’ve stayed here before and had such a great time I had to bring my kids and friends. We came the central air wasn’t working to par. I texted the host 20 minutes later the repair man was at our door and it was fixed! Amazing service, enough space for everyone to enjoy each other yet be alone if wanted. Planning to stay next year again!

Besides the fact that we stayed during Tropical Storm Alberto, it was a good time.
