Beachfront Property With An Unobstructed View of the Ocean

The place is brilliantly laid out for a comfortable gathering, tons of spaces for different activities. Really magically situated to the ocean and the twin rocks. Literally perfect. Wonderful, communicative host.

While this property is old in age, It had all the amenities we wanted. It is actually a duplex, but it worked well for us. We loved the large deck and used it regularly for meals and table games. The landscaping is also nice and well cared for. While the kitchens were small and posed a bit of a challenge for our large group, they were updated and well equipped! Overall, a good value for a large place. We will likely re-book soon for next year!

This is the perfect house for a family gathering. With direct access to the beach as well as vows from the bedrooms I highly recommend this property. In addition, Brian and Janet are great hosts, very responsive and even suggested local attractions. 5 stars are absolutely warranted here.

Wow! We pulled up to a cozy beach house with lovely landscaping and flowers. The back deck has an amazing view of the ocean, the Twin Rocks, sunset and if you are up early enough you can watch the moon set. There was a hammock for relaxing and a large deck table for outside meals. There is an easy path to take to the beach. Most importantly, the house was very clean. Owners were responsive and easy to work with and check-in was simple. We would rent this property again.

Property was great location. Didn't know it was a duplex until final instructions. Ran out of TP on last morning. The yard was pretty and ocean view was fantastic. Easy walk to beach. Best weather ever this trip.

Perfect beach house!

This home made for an amazing vacation. It was clean, cozy and perfectly located on the beach. The owners were wonderfully accommodating. I urge anyone looking at Rockaway to stay here.

We stayed for a couple days and had a great stay. The twin rocks are beautiful and the beach is unpopulated compared to other regional towns. The kids loved the beach. Location couldn’t get better! The house is older with small rooms and it gets warm on hot days without A/C.

We had 8 adults and one child 9years old. The house set up was perfect, we loved how you could walk to the beach from the house, and watch the sun set from the deck. It was a perfect location to see several other places also, if you dove 1 hr in either diction there were numerous this to do and see. Thank you

The location and the house are amazing. Really need to replace refrigerators. Also, the BBQ grill was basically unusable

My family and I stayed at this property for three nights; the property was dirty upon arrival; floors had food on them, dirt, and sand, and we needed to vacuum the morning after arrival because everyone's feet were black from the dirt and grime. My dad, his girlfriend, and my nephew stayed in the back part of the property, and there were no sheets placed on the beds and no way for us to put new sheets on the beds; we had to wait for the housekeeper to come to do that. I reached out, and that issue was resolved within a few hours. The beds were tiny and rickety; one of the bedroom's bed frames was falling apart, and the boards under the mattress had to be adjusted every time my sister and her partner went to bed. We brought groceries and stored food in the refrigerator, and the freezer began leaking on our food in fridge. Overall, the house was not what we expected and was not worth the money we paid. The beach access was phenomenal, but we will stay in Seaside or Lincoln City next time because it was not worth it. Since our stay, Jan has reached out to me twice. Once, she accused us of breaking her deck without proof, and now she's told me we left her filthy house so dirty it took her two days to clean it after us. We followed the cleaning requests, vacuumed, and cleaned up after ourselves. If you plan to stay with a large party, I would do so with caution. They'll try to pin property damage and cleaning issues on you and your party.

Perfect patio for a large group and beautiful view!

The property has stunning views and room for everyone. We were really glad the weather cooperated so we could eat at the large outdoor table. The accommodations were cozy and comfortable. There are lots of things to do nearby. We rode the train RT to Girabaldi, we walked in the old growth forest, had campfires, flew kites & went to ice cream and the candy store. Jan was very helpful & communicated well. Another great trip in the books.

Really enjoyed eating dinner as a family on the deck. There were 11 of us and the table was perfect.

We just loved our stay here! It is a fabulous home with an incredible view. Everything is so comfortable. Eating dinner on the deck was a favorite. Our family cannot wait to come back! An added bonus is that the owners are so wonderful and helpful. I highly recommend staying here. You will never want to go anywhere else.

Brian and Janet were great communicators, the house had all we needed. Both kitchen’s are so well stocked. The deck was so much fun to sit out on with a perfect view of Twin Rocks! The yard is Beautiful and lots of parking! Appreciate getting to rent the house.
