Stayed Dec 20, 2025This house is in excellent condition. It is exactly as described - directly on a really nice stretch of beach. The kitchen is well stocked and everything works - pool, hot tub, BBQ, elevator, AC/heating, showers, etc. We had a delightful stay. Highly recommended!

Stayed Jul 27, 2025Absolutely amazing house! Most houses don’t have all the necessities to get you through the week and they were more than accommodating which was very nice!! The pool was amazing, it was nice to adjust the temp a little when the sun went down. Beautiful location, 24 minute drive from the airport! Had lots of shopping, food and amenities close. This may be our first vacation the kids were so content they didn’t ask to leave!

Stayed Apr 13, 2024We are frequent renters of vacation homes, though this was our first stay through VRBO. This house was exactly as advertised. It is directly on the beach with amazing sunset views, fully stocked for a large family and simply a super location for a week’s stay in Bonita Springs. The management team was top notch, with clear communications and rapid responses, though we didn’t need them for anything serious, as everything went smoothly. The beds and sheets were very comfortable, water pressure was perfect and A/C was strong. We’d love to visit again!
