House was nice and large, very good for big group. Location was perfect, right on the beach.

This is a great house! Our family had a November getaway weekend and this house was perfect. Enough space to spread out, and loads of living and kitchen space for family dinners and hanging out together. The kids enjoyed the hot tub and the grownups enjoyed watching the sunsets from the deck.

This house is perfect for family reunions, with lots of sleeping spaces and amenities. We had trouble with one of the toilets; and after notifying the office, someone came immediately to fix it. The new hot tub was a definite hit. We especially enjoy the large deck with lots of seating. This our second visit to the Flamingo, and we look forward to more!

Loved our time at this wonderful place. Hot tub, ping pong table and right on the beach You seriously can't get closer to the beach than this Fresh paint was evident Well cared for beautiful space Two story living room with a wall of windows Gas grill topped it off, I never had to cook! LoL

This was a perfect location, we will definitely be back!

Overall property is good to stay for a vacation , there were few maintenance related issue which management promptly responded , but unfortunately it took a while to get resolved

We survived first night without electric and had a fantastic time! Everything we needed but would make sure plenty of flashlights available and a hand crank can opener. Our family loved it. Many thanks.

We rented for a week and had family and friends joins us off and on all week. The kitchen had everything needed to cook a large Thanksgiving meal and the house accommodated everyone who stayed over night quite nicely. We had a wonderful week and would do it again!

Beautiful property and fantastic location. We had a great time! The only issue we had was the upstairs AC didn’t work properly and never got below 77. Provided the AC works upstairs would definitely rent again.

Perfect beach setting. Perfect house for all the family. Restful and welcoming

The property exceeded expectations. Not your usual beach rental. Clean and very well kept. Family space and kid space were well thought out. Only downside were steps walking up to the entrance. Very steep and could be a challenge if mobility issues.

Our vacation was great! We had a super time! The house was modern and up-to-date. The furniture was nice, clean and comfortable! The kitchen was perfectly filled with all the necessities! The beds were comfortable. The bathrooms were clean and the towels were soft and absorbent!?. The beach was close and a definite asset! Our hostess was amazing and took care of us! Thank you, Flossie! The whole week was AWESOME!!

Place was clean and the location is also great. Our problem was that the AC unit upstairs did. It work so it was really hot for the people that tried to sleep unstairs

This was our first time to Bolivar and we had the best time. The house was just as advertised! Clean with everything you need and on the beach! We will definitely be back!!

Myself, 4 of my kids & some of my grandkids vacationing. House & location was fabulous! Great access to beach. We had great neighbors. Had a little trouble with door access but maintenance was there in minutes to help. Easy renting. Highly recommend!

Three families with high school seniors…since January we’ve had our crazy varsity soccer season, directly into graduation…and this was our unwinding weekend. Right on the beach…the house and deck were perfect, ANd we set up pickleball, Cornhole and shanka ball under the house. When we had a small issue, I emailed management and they had it addressed within the hour. We will definitely be back!
