The rental property was beautiful, clean and within steps of the water. Sunrises were my favorite. Only thing to consider it the stairs leading up to house are steep. Also bring your own beach chairs. Overall, really enjoyed my stay.

The house was perfect for a beach stay. Tons of windows facing the ocean. Updated kitchen with 3 bathrooms. Main room was very open with great views everywhere. Parking was easy. The hosts were easy to communicate with.

Great spot right on the beach 3 minutes from Publix and 7-8 minutes from downtown St. Augustine. And several restaurants within 10-15 minutes walking distance. Was perfect for our 3 couples 4 day beach trip.

We have stayed at 12 different homes along this beach and none have had better views. The kitchen is well stocked and the large wrap a round porch offers both sun rise and sunset views. The driveway is a little steep but we did okay with it.

This is the second year I’ve brought my family to relax in this lovely beach house. The proximity to St Augustine, Publix and local shops is great. Sitting on the expansive porch facing the ocean and watching the sun rise every morning while sipping my coffee was heaven. Listening to the ocean every night while falling asleep was wonderful. The hosts were great, starting us off with basic needs like laundry and dish detergent. Everything is super clean and the kitchen is well stocked with dishes, utensils and basic needs for feeling at home. We spent more time on the beach than cooking, but we had everything we needed to have a wonderful, relaxing week. The layout of the house is perfect for a family with a bunch of teenagers. Everyone had a restful sleep on extremely comfortable beds with a bunch of pillows, which we all appreciated. My four teenagers all keep begging to come back next year for a third year in a row. I highly recommend this host and this house and look forward to booking again next year. Thank you for a wonderful, relaxing week.

Loved the home! Gorgeous beach front views and enjoyed the large deck. The beaches are not overcrowded & close grocery store & restaurants. Would definitely stay here again.

The house was great right on the beach.

Loved the house - very spacious and open- Amazing views!!! Perfect for family vacation except the driveway is very short and close to the road which was very busy and it concerned me with having toddlers and fur dogs so with the heavy traffic you did hear it at night when you were trying to sleep also being a pet friendly place there was no grass in sight which I didn’t think about with being right on the beach - that is on me. Overall it was a wonderful place and the views couldn’t be any better and saw wildlife every day

The porch was amazing. The kitchen was well stocked. We were skeptical of the beds but ended up being very comfortable. The living room furniture was nice but was not very comfortable. A couple of nice recliners would make a big difference. Already looking forward to next years trip

This house has an amazing view right on the beach, minutes from downtown st. augustine and a mile from a couple restaurants for vilano beach. House was clean, and kitchen supplies were great. Communication with owner was proactive and timely! Only slight down side was the road it is on is a bit noisy and that's the side the rooms are on...but didn't seem to be very late.

Good location. Driveway wall has blind spot that makes it tricky getting in and out. But every house on that road has the same issue.

The property was beautiful. Could watch sunrises and sunsets from deck. Big enough for 4 people to spread out. Will be back.

Lovely home right on the ocean. Clean and well stocked. The property manager was very attentive with answers to questions.

The most redeeming quality of this property is that it is on the ocean. Photographed on the VRBO site is a wall of windows providing a panoramic view of the ocean. Unfortunately all of the windows have broken seals and cloud your view…it becomes all you see.

The home is beautiful and spacious enough for a family celebration. Our family had a nice time. Amenities were good except for the fact that the 2 kitchen outlets did not work and neither did the microwave. We tried moving it to outlets that worked but it still didn’t work. It was inconvenient to reheat food and drinks on the stove.

This property offers great beach access and views. The road directly adjacent however is busy and noisy at times. We had a few issues while there, a used bandaid found on a couch, the floor is very weak and sinks in when walking on it by master bath, one barstool seat is broken, large sofa is very uncomfortable and a small person sinks into it when seated. Hard to get out. We did not know the stove was propane generated and our dinner one night didnt finish cooking in the oven. Notified management then called again when the stove didnt work as well. They then called gas co and they came and replaced tank.

Great spot directly on the ocean. If you are traveling with elderly or small children, just be aware that you have to climb very steep stairs to enter the property. Beautiful sunrise spot!

This is our 4th time traveling to Vilano Beach with our family. The property was exceptionally clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed to make our time memorable.

Great house! Great Location! House was very clean and well equipped for our needs. Management was very informative. Really enjoyed our stay even if Milton interrupted our plans! Would definitely visit again!

This was a wonderful property. The floor plan is great for socializing throughout the day, and especially cooking and sharing meals together. The views from the home are excellent, with windows running the length of the home. Access to the beach is easy, even for elderly guests. Finally, if you like to cook, the kitchen is amazingly stocked and easy to navigate.

We stayed for a week with my children and parents and we had an absolute blast. Cleanliness was great, communication was great and the location is awesome. The views are phenomenal. We hope to visit again yearly after this trip. Everything exceeded our expectations by a long shot.
