Beachfront Luxury, Fantastic Views: 3 Kings + Bunks, Twin rooms + Chef's kitchen

There are no words to describe how lovely this property is. From the views to the thoughtfully designed rooms to the various amenities, this house is paradise.

This home is beautiful and was perfect for our family. Beach was very easy access and close. My only downside was renovations were going so lockers rooms were closed at the main pool and the bathroom was on the 3rd floor and far away ... hard with a toddler. We enjoyed our stay very much!!

This house is great! Amazing ocean views from all the rooms. We had 7 adults including my 88 year old mom and 4 grandchildren ages 2 and under. The crib room and 2 pack n plays provided was a great benefit to us as well as the wagons, unbrellas and sand toys provided in the garage. Outdoor shower and faucet was perfect for getting all the sand off of everyone before entering the house and the toys when we came back from the beach. The pools are great and kiddy pools at both. We rented an 8 person golf cart to get people and stuff around and to go to pools on both sides of the complex. The kitchen is fully stocked for cooking daily meals. All the bedrooms were very comfy. We made many family memories and would definitely rent the house again.

Amazing location. Beaches aren’t the cleanest but the proximity of the house to the beach can’t be beat. Lovely house. Wasn’t the cleanest when we arrived but ok/average. Beds are very nice but pillows lacking. Overall a nice place.

I cannot say enough good things about the property, property owners and property manager. I am more than familiar with most of the West End rental properties. I was looking for one that is exceptional. I came across this one and booked immediately. The home does not disappoint. I did give push back on the 25 pool fee but at the end of the day we ended up spending the day at the Beach Club. As one of my friends said, That is the best 25 I have ever spent. The bar and restaurant are fabulous. I will definitely rent here again if I have another large group.

We feel so lucky to have found this home for our vacation! Our party was comprised of 2 families with a total of 4 adults and 5 children. This home was beyond amazing. Owner was VERY communicative and helpful. With their assistance we were able to have 2 rented golf carts waiting in the driveway upon our arrival and wristbands for the clubhouse and pools awaiting us. Home is even more beautiful in person. Loved the deserted beach and the kids LOVED the heated lazy river. Extremely well stocked house! By far the best stocked kitchen I've ever experienced on VRBO. We were advised that the home would be stocked with starter paper goods, but we found the starter to be plenty for our week long stay. During our stay we found a notice from the utility company on the door that they would be turning off power for a day to replace a utility pole. We reached out the owner who was very apologetic for this situation beyond their control. The owner then offered for us to get out of the house for the day, do some activities, and send the rcpt for our expenses so that we could be reimbursed. WHAT A GENEROUS OFFER! We would absolutely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone.

Great house, perfect location

This was a truly wonderful place to stay. I was able to see both the sunrise and the sunset from the back porch and really enjoyed the time in the swing listening to the waves. The Pointe West neighborhood is well kept, quiet and has two really nice beach clubs that you can pay to get access to. Inside the house, there are three master suites and two kids room. The kitchen is well stocked with beautiful appliances and pans. Our host was helpful, communicative and the property manager was there when we needed her. Overall, this was a fantastic experience!

The home was perfect for out family which ranged from 5 mos to 83. Plenty of space and we loved waking up to the beautiful sea view. Every appliance one could think of was provided in the excellently well equipped kitchen. The girls had a great time picking out beach toys and which umbrella to use. The walk was not too long. Our 5 night stay was just too short. We hope to return soon!

This home was perfect for our large family group! It was just a short walk to the beach, the home was well supplied from the amazing kitchen to the beach items available to use. Our host answered all my questions and had wonderful information and suggestions to make our stay even better. It was a great experience!

Our 2nd visit to this home and I hope more to come. We love the location and we love the comfort of the home.. Kay and Ray have been fantastic with their communication and accomodations. Very accessible. We love the porches all around this home and just feel very comfortable staying in this location. The accessories downstairs in the room are plentiful, bicylcle, surf boards, sand toys, chairs, etc....its all their and well kept. Porches off all bedrooms with plush chairs and sitting areas provided. The kitchen is a knock-out. Everything you would possible need is at your fingertips. We just love this home and hope to stay their again. Thank you Kay and Raymond for your most pleasant accomcodatiosn and your friendly communication.

Great home and great accommodations for a large family. This was the second time we have stayed at this property and was extremely satisfied both times. Close to beach and resort.

The Lightcatcher house in the Pointe West community was the perfect set up for our annual 4 generation vacation! The house was beautiful, well equipped for cooking for a large family as well as everything you need to enjoy the beach. Every room has an amazing view! There was even baby gates to keep the toddlers safe from the stairs and a small napping room with a crib. I highly recommend renting a golf cart to cruise around the community to one of two pools, pickle ball courts and beach club! The bikes provided were also a fun way to explore the neighborhood in the evening! We hope to be back in the future!
