BEACHFRONT LAKE MICHIGAN w/Lookout Tower & Lake Views - Sleeps 13

The view of the beach and water was farther than I expected. The inside was really nice and I loved the mixture of furniture. It was cold while there so didn’t go out back but that furniture was pretty bad. It had no grill. The communication was very good before with some questions but we didn’t need anything while we were there. Needs front steps painted but I bet that’s on their spring list to do. Fun place ! Thank you

Elevated vs Subterranean is Preffered The Floors in the Property has a lot of Elevation changes. My Mother in Law uses a Walker and even I found myself tripping over the Transition Strips and floor height changes. The place overall needs some TLC it's suffering from deferred Maintenance.The Place Worked for our Group and We did make a Lot of Family Memories there.

Plenty of room for everyone and well stocked. The views are amazing, and on a clear day you can see the Chicago skyline from the beach. We enjoyed the deer in the backyard with our morning coffee.

Absolutely breathtaking views from this home, and just a short walk to the beach! Check-in was seamless, and communication with property management was quick and helpful. I’d definitely stay here again. Don’t miss Cool Runnings for some amazing Jamaican food!

Christmas whit the family, nice view

Nice place on the beach with a long boardwalk down to the beach. We saw loads of wildlife; deer, squirrels, birds etc. the layout of the home was great for a get together with friends.

Only missing element is exterior deck with lake view - patio seating is there but no lake view. Walkway to beach is busy but privacy has been secured with clever window frosting. Team was helpful with our access issues when door code did not work. Overall, we would definitely recommend the service received.

It was also perfect for our older parents, who stayed on the main floor without having to traverse any steps to get to and from the bedroom/restroom to the rest of the house. Besides the fantastic home, Beachwalk Vacation Rentals is a delight to book with, using a seamless process that gives you confidence in your stay.

We had a nice stay. The views from the living room and the tower room were amazing and the access to the beach was also nice. There is a little noise from the walkway down to the beach but not terrible and they have done a nice job of creating some privacy on that side of the house. The house didn’t feel as clean as we would have preferred. There were bugs everywhere, both dead and alive. I am not squeamish about bugs but one of my friends who traveled with us is and was so bothered by the bugs that she chose to move upstairs and sleep on the futon. I would stay again but I wouldn’t take anyone who doesn’t like bugs!

This property was perfect for our old friends grade school reunion. The kitchen is nicely appointed and the large kitchen table made for nice group meals. We would have appreciated a functioning grill though. The location to the beach was great! No complaints about the beds/bedrooms. The home is very nice and we enjoyed our time there very much! Other than the lack of a functioning grill, a great stay!

Kids loved the lookout tower. Right next to the boardwalk so beach was an short walk. Office kept us informed and they responded quickly with a tv problem. They were very helpful.

On arrival, piled dirt to be swept up, stained comforter became clean when we washed, 2 overflowing recycle bins never emptied even when requested. No written information. We thought garage was locked and inquired about grill and beach chairs, umbrella and wagon. Told us grill in unlocked garage and to rent beach equipment. Beach equipment was in the garage. Hot water heater broke no hot showers for 24 hrs. No information to us from Beach walk. I had to keep calling to get information. We didn’t how long it was going to take to fix, alternate shower facilities and a call when it was working I have rented houses for 2 - 20 days. I have never heard of a “starter kit” of toilet paper. At least give renters this information on day one. House was a perfect location and met the needs and comfort of our family. This was a vacation with way too many unnecessary bumps in the road.
