Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at Seaside 4 times over the years and Dune House is the best cottage that we have ever stayed in! The deck views are magical during the day and incredible at night! You also cannot beat the vicinity to the beach access.

Stayed May 31, 2025After 12 years of staying in 30A, this was our favorite rental. Gorgeous balcony right on the beach and views of the sea from whole back side of house. Excellent location near the pavilions ( Tupelo was closest). Some of the furnishings were a bit worn out but it contributed to the beachy casual charm.

This time, I wanted to stay right on the beach. The house is amazing, filled with light and interesting spaces, and it has a beautiful, timeless design. Other reviewers have mentioned the TV situation. Personally, I like that the TV does not compete with the spectacular views and beach vibe. However, in the late fall and winter when days are short, it would be nice to be able to stream. We solved this by bringing our own inexpensive streaming device. A nice upgrade would be to increase the TV size so that more than two people can watch comfortably. The kitchen had everything that we needed. The house felt bigger than what was indicated by the actual square footage. Overall, we had a wonderful time at the beach!
