Beautiful beach house by the sea (foot in the sand) located in prime area of Porto de Galinhas (Merepe II), near the center and natural pools (1.36 km away), with four full suites facing the sea , 3 on the second floor and one on the first floor all with new splits and sea views, living room in three environments with 2 split of 17 000 new btus, full kitchen with additional horizontal freezer and washing machine in the laundry area , balcony facing the sea in the upper suites, ground floor area facing the pool and the sea covered and glazed with 32 m², swimming pool, toilet, shower, external bathroom to support the hut by the seaside with barbecue and oven for pizzas with a lovely view, as well as a garage for four vehicles, two covered. Owns Mrs. Ana Lúcia and the person in charge of the maintenance of the pool and the garden Mr. Jose Luiz, who check in and check out, take care of the garden, the pool and general maintenance of the house, also advise on tips of tours, airport transfer, purchase of prawns, lobsters and fish brought directly by the fisherman to the home, among others.
