Beachfront House w/ POOL at 5 94th St. Stone Harbor & Avalon PERFECT LOCATION

We were so happy to return to this beautiful home! No matter what time of year, this is our favorite destination!

House is in a wonderful location with easy access to town and the beach. Plenty of room for a large group.

This property has a fabulous view of the ocean. We enjoyed family meals around the outdoor patio, the pool was perfect, and you could walk easily to the center of town. We had 75% of our meals at the house. There was plenty of room and lovely appliances.We laughed a lot, went to the beach every day but one. It was relaxing and so much fun!

This house was perfect for our girlfriend group's stay. We barely left home but when we did, we could walk almost everywhere. Nick and Heather were aces - responsive and available, with necessary answers to a few questions.Thanks for a lovely visit.

My family and I stayed here for 5 days just before the official summer season started, but the shops and restaurants were open.We loved this house. The beach access is right outside the doorstep. We brought our dog too and the balconies allowed all of us to lounge outside and not worry about her being unsafe. She was able to chill outside with us.You cannot beat the location of this house. Walking distance to everything! Ice cream, shopping, restaurants, the park, WaWa - all while being beachfront! The house offers everything needed. Thank you so much for a great vacation!

We loved this property! The layout of the bedrooms, bathrooms and extra family room space gave everyone in our group the space they needed. The views were incredible of the ocean and we loved the lookout nook and roof deck. Plunge pool was nicely done and garage well stocked with beach items. Location was great for walking to morning coffee or going for a night out on the town! The hosts were very responsive and courteous.

My husband and I had a wonderful getaway at your home! Your home is so beautiful and has absolutely everything we needed to relax, unwind, and recharge! The location is perfect! We truly enjoyed looking out at the ocean all day every day, walking on the beach, and walking to town. Thank you so much! We will be back!

Excellent stay which easily accommodated a Thanksgiving stay for 12 family members. Only comment was no locks on any of the bathroom or bedroom doors.

The home is extremely comfortable and spacious. Perfect for a family reunion vacation. Plenty of parking. Fenced back yard perfect for dogs. The host is extremely responsive to any questions or concerns.

The location is ideal - right on the beach and close to downtown. The outdoor spaces are large and comfortable for big groups. The jetted pool was a wonderful way to end a beach day. And the fenced backyard was great for our dog. The interior of the house is also spacious and easily accommodated our family. The house has bikes, beach chairs, and a fully stocked kitchen. We will be back!!

House easily accommodated my husband, myself plus our 2 adult children, spouses and grandkids - ages 19, 16, 15, 14,13 and 5 yrs old. All total 12 of us. Very nice selection of start-up supplies. We have vacationed in Stone Harbor for many, many summers, first time Summer of 1982, and have stayed at multiple homes/locations. This is by far the best accommodations yet- very close to the Beach , close to town, and excellent communication with the host. Not to mention no hassle of standing in line on check-in day at a realtors office to pick up keys! I highly recommend!!!!!

Our extended family enjoyed an awesome time at this well appointed beach house, right on the dunes of Stone Harbor. There were many thoughtful touches throughout the house to make our stay more enjoyable, and lots of extras were provided (like beach chairs, bicycles, etc.). The owner, Nick, was very responsive to any questions and provided helpful info before our stay even began. If you're looking for that just right beach house, this is it!

The house is located within walking distance of downtown Stone Harbor and a couple of steps from the beach. There were a couple of cleanliness issues but the homeowner received my suggestions and said they would be solved. The view is great, the new pool is relaxing, and our family had a fabulous time!

The house and its location provided our family, 8 adults and 7 children, a wonderful week in Stone Harbor. Would not have changed a thing.
