This absolute oceanfront house has one of the best views in the whole South Coast. Soak up the views, see dolphins and whales from the huge deck. Or go surfing or fishing, all at a few mins from your doorstep. And when you get back you can have an outdoor shower in the beautifully landscaped backyard. This modern beachhouse overlooks Racecourse Beach in Ulladulla, just 2.5 hours south of Sydney. Milton and Mollymook are just minutes away.

The deck is simply incredible and wraps aroundthe house, with comfortable lounges, sunloungers, and dining table--and don't forget the BBQ!

Inside, you have modern kitchen, with oven, induction stove, dishwasher, and all modern conveniences. The entire house is modern and newly renovated. The downstairs master bedroom retreat has ocean views, and a full bathroom, with a king-size bed. There is also a small rumpus downstairs with a futon. Upstairs are a queen bedroom with ensuite, a bedroom with 4 bunk beds, and a bedroom with twin beds. There is also another full bathroom with a large bathtub. There are all modern laundry conveniences including washing machine and dryer.

The beachhouse sleeps up to 10 people, with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and beautifully decorated living areas. We provide sheets, bath and beach towels. All you need to bring is your swimmers!

Bond = $1000 (refundable)
Cleaning Fee = $200 (per stay)
Deposit = 50 percent will confirm booking.
Balance payable 28 days prior to arrival
