Beachfront House in Las Concha's.

It is a beautiful place to stay and will definitely go again when I get the chance. What I also liked is that it was relatively easy to find, unlike some of the other homes in different sections.

The host was very welcoming and provided great communication. The home was beautiful, well equipped,clean and in a perfect location!

Beach right there and beautiful.

House was very clean, well stocked and has plenty of space for 2 couples. The neighborhood was very quiet, but not too far from Walmart for groceries/supplies. Gail was very communicative and answered any questions very quickly.

Beautiful home right on the beach. Loved the views, exploring the tide pools at low tide, walks on the beach with our dog, boogy boarding with our grandson , the Beautiful sunsets every evening, the list goes on. We really enjoyed staying here. Gail, the owner got back to us quickly when we needed to get in touch with her. This place was what we needed. It had everything! Enough bedding, towels, and the kitchen had everything you needed. We had fun jet skiing as well and best part of that was they pulled up right at the beach where we stayed. ( they come to you!) The power went out a few times but it was a community problem. Didnt last long. We had a small ant problem in the house but that is expected this time of year! ( hot) just keep the counters clean and spray on hand. We really enjoyed the peacefulness of this home and area. Just a few familys around. It felt like we had our own private beach! Its just a short drive to shopping and restaurants. We are already planning on another trip next year!

We loved that this house was on the beach and just a short walk off the back patio to the water. House was clean and well stocked.

Great house in a great location. Owner was very easy to deal with and made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. We had so much fun we rebooked for Memorial Day!

Great split bedroom floor plan and well equipped kitchen. Soft throw blankets around and a secure front courtyard for our pooch. Host replies to texts if you need anything at all. Will definitely stay at this property again!

House has awesome beach front and a private courtyard. Satellite tv in both bedrooms is a nice touch. Dia de los Muertos festivities were a blast on Rodeo Drive.

The house was just as described and the photos were very accurate and helpful. Gail was incredibly helpful and responded quickly to every question and concern. Can't wait to return next year.

The only negatives about our stay is that the property is more dated than appears in photos. We were made aware that decor had been removed from walls to prep for painting but not informed that the kitchen had been dismantled for cabinet reno and a very limited amount of cookware and dishes were on a cart for use. This affected our plans for cooking most meals. Gail was very receptive to my feedback after check out about kitchen supplies and hopefully after renovations complete, the house will be as presented. I feel the rental rate was high considering the property is not as presented at this time. We were really happy about the dual master suites each with access to the patio and this was a plus that helped us choose this particular property but the doors were rusted shut. A couple of the bedroom windows also were damaged so no ocean views through those. There is also a significant fly problem and some wasps and bees. There is an electric swatter provided and Gail told me there was wasp spray when I let her know but we aren't fond of the chemicals so we made do with the swatter. The upsides were that the house is outfitted with high quality furniture, appliances, very comfortable beds and nice quality linens. The location is fantastic! having the outdoor shower and being dog friendly was wonderful. Gail was very friendly and helpful with the issues we had regarding A/C and water delivery. Luis the handyman was great in getting those taken care of. We made do with the rest.
