This retreat offers the perfect set-up for up to 18 ppl and multiple families. On the main level, you'll find 3 King bedrooms, a bunkroom w 4 beds, and 3 full bathrooms. On the upper level, there's a kids' loft with 4 Queens, foosball table, big TV for gaming and an attached full bathroom with shower. Every bedroom features its own large TV for streaming and late night movie watching.

The wrap around deck is perfect for morning coffee, evening beverages and everything in between. There's lots of outdoor furniture including captain-style chairs, high tables, low tables and loungers. The views are amazing: sunrises, sand and surf, dolphins, bird watching, shelling, shore fishing. Feed your entire crew in the spacious kitchen, dual coffee makers, Texas-sized granite island that seats 10, new appliances, all the culinary amenities that you may need. Kitchen is well stocked w crockpot, blender, griddle, teapot and more.

On the lower level, enjoy the 8 person hot-tub any time of day and the outdoor shower is perfect for rinsing off after a day at the beach. New basketball goal w ball, beach chairs and umbrellas. Other amenities include full-size washer and dryer, parking for 8 vehicles, sandy area for the kids.
