This stunning Beachfront Estate in the Bolivar Peninsula boasts the most breathtaking and panoramic views of the Gulf as well as sunrises and sunsets from any of its two covered terraces with plenty of room to easily accommodate 28 guests.

The Oceanic Grand was designed for entertaining your whole crew with an arcade game, Xbox console, ping pong, and pool table. Boasting 5 bedrooms and 5 full baths, this two-story home has 3,400 interior heated and cooled square feet and a grand totalof more than 5,000 square feet including our two terraces. Come and create memories while winding down in the heavily jetted 7-Person Hot Tub, roasting marshmallows in our Fire Pit, having a drink at the Bar or getting a barbecue.

Luxury meets novelty at this coastal-inspired gem of a beach house. Both the interior and exterior has been given special attention with modern and tasteful Ocean-themed décor perfectly placed throughout the home, each suite has a specific marine animal theme.

Our Beachfront Estate:

The 2-story Oceanic Grand features a downstairs open concept living, gaming, and dining space with a spectacular chef's kitchen and terrace with Palapa. Upstairs, you'll find a second covered terrace and large bedrooms with private bathrooms.
FIRST FLOOR:

The Chef's Kitchen

The spacious, modern kitchen comes with stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar that sits 10. The Kitchen is fully equipped with Chef-grade cooking tools and appliances including two (2) Refrigerators, Kitchen-aid Mixer, Margaritaville smoothie / margarita machine and Keurig Coffee maker. The dining area features a pristine large Oak Table which comfortably sits 12 people. The open concept is absolutely perfect for mingling and conversing during gatherings.

The Grand Living Room

The Grand Living Room features a modern sectional sofa, DVD player, wide variety of table games and a flat screen TV make a comfy spot for hanging out with your crew and have fun.

The Whale Game Room:

This is truly a Whale of a game room, featuring a Ping Pong and Pool table. You will also have fun playing retro games in our Arcade or enjoying our Wall Scrabble and Four in a Row. There is also a 50-inch flat screen TV to watch the game while playing Pool!

The Palapa

You'll find yourself pulled outside again and again through the glass windows to the beautiful oceanfront palapa overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. Relax here in one of our Tall and Sun chairs with a frozen Margarita or a cold Beer while you listen to the sound of the waves against the sand, the call of sea gulls and the view of blue skies Take a deep breath and feel all your stress wash away with the tide. Your can also play a game of foosball or toss bags to the cornhole game board.

The Octopus Suite

Right next to the Whale Game Room, there is a fun-filled suite called – The Octopus – It features a Queen Beds and 4 Full Beds (2 bunk beds) with an XBOX with 2 controllers. and tasteful Octopus themed décor, this suite will be a favorite of the younger crowd. There is a full bathroom next to The Octopus.

SECOND FLOOR:

The Turtle Suite

The spacious Master Bedroom known as – The Turtle – features gorgeous Turtle décor, a King Size bed that overlooks the Gulf, a rocker armchair and a double-sink Master Bathroom with shower and bathtub. You will hardly be able to contain your happiness when you see the spacious room, abundance of natural light and 65-inch flat screen TV in this room.

The Starfish Suite

Right across from the Turtle Suite, there is another expansive bedroom named – The Starfish – with two (2) Queen Beds and a private full bathroom with a large dresser, a desk and 65-inch flat screen TV.

The Sea Horse Suite

On The North Wing of the house, you will find a bright and airy Bedroom – The Sea Horse – with a Queen Bed and 4 Twin Beds (2 bunk beds) private full bathroom and closet. The suite is also stylishly decorated with a unique and cute Sea Horse theme.

The Crab Suite

The Crab is a very cozy and spacious bedroom with a Queen Bed and 4 Twin Beds (2 bunk beds). Kids and Young adults love to sleep here – Crab Style! With a full bathroom, closet, and the flat-screen TV.

The Bar and Outdoor Patio

Downstairs you will find a 50-inch wood Fire Pit, Full Outdoor Kitchen including Gas Grill and Refrigerator, Bar Area, 7-person Hot Tub, 2 large dining tables, plenty of shaded space to sit, relax, have a great outdoors family BBQ overlooking the Gulf Coast, take a shower when returning from the beach in one of our two outdoor showers.
