Beachfront Home with Stunning Views

Great location. Clean and well equipped with what you'll need during your stay. Close to beach. there were very few cars on this area of beach which was nice. The only thing we didn't like was that the windows didn't open so it got quite warm even with a/c.

We absolutely love the location of the house. So close to the beach. Kitchen was well stocked with everything you need to cook. Bathrooms had lots of bath towels, only 1 hand towel (needed more) other than that it was clean, everything worked great. Air conditioning doesn't keep the house cool at all. The beds were comfortable but pillow cases have stains, and the decorative pillows are gross. We loved having the balcony. Best view around! The hot tub was a plus! Parking is very tight. We loved our stay here and would love to come back. The hosts are very good with communication

This property fit our needs as two families, each with their own full apartment. It allowed us the ability to spread out. The view are beautiful of the ocean and beach. The hot tub was beautiful and clean. We had most everything we needed. The stairs were fine and a great way to get our steps in. I highly recommend this place.

The house was perfect with access to the beach right in front. Enough parking for about 3 cars. Great amenities with anything you’d need while you’re there. Would most definitely stay again!

We rented the entire house and I’m so happy we stayed here. Loved the serenity of a quiet street and beach entirely to ourselves. Hot tub enclosure was awesome so you can enjoy a soak even during inclement weather and I love that you can see the ocean from the tub. A couple hiccups upon check-in but the hosts were very responsive even though it was late when we arrived and needed to contact them. Thank you for a wonderfully memorable trip!

Nice getaway for a family. Very reasonably priced!

This place was great! We rented both top and bottom for an extended family getaway. The view was amazing, and it was a very short walk to the nice big sandy beach. The beach was not crowded so we were able to let the dogs off leash and they had a blast. This place was very well stocked and the hot tub was a bonus. I would definitely stay here again!

We rented both (upper and lower) units of this older (1972) rental for ourselves and our daughter and her husband and kids (ages 9 and 11). The dual unit arrangement worked perfectly for us—giving us close proximity to one another, while providing separate spaces. Two things stand out about this place: the location, which provides easy access to the beach; and the hot tub, which looks brand new and provides the perfect warm up after a dip in the ultra-cold ocean. At our request, the owners and management team took extra care to clean prior to our arrival—due to our grandkids having asthma and allergy issues. Thanks to their efforts, our visit was excellent in that regard. The beach is almost completely pure sand (no water shoes required), with a VERY gradual drop-off—great for kids! A good selection of kids games—which we all played—as well as a pretty large DVD library—which we never got around to during our visit. 3 days with zero screen time—we loved that! We were very satisfied with this rental, although I offer this caveat: if you are renting just one of the two units, the upper unit is likely to be the quieter of the two, since there is some pretty noticeable noise transmission through the shared ceiling/floor. Similarly, the hot tub is a shared space, so some cooperation and conviviality with your dwelling neighbors would be ideal. In our case that was a non-issue….

The house is cozy, clean and well stocked. The owner was very friendly and helpful. I would recommend an air mattress rather than the hide a bed. Overall a great little place. The hot tub was so great to relax in after long walks on the beach.

Everything about the place was perfect. It was a great way for two families to vacation together yet still have their own space. Our kids can’t wait to go back.
