Beachfront home with private beach access fireplace washer dryer yard deck

It was very cozy with a great location. Quiet and peaceful with no traffic. We had a nice walk on the beach but enjoyed the setting so much that we rarely left the house.

The house was the perfect place for our family vacation. It suited our needs very well. My only critique is that the beds are very worn down and uncomfortable and the bed frames squeak anytime you roll over. Some new mattresses and bedframes would go a long way.

The house layout and location was awesome. Kitchen was serviceable (stove is awesome for cooking). Access to the beach was PERFECT. The house itself needs some TLC, but that's to be expected with most rentals and the price somewhat reflects that. For example, a couple window blinds were broken prior to our arrival (I fixed one so we could open the window to view the ocean), the dinning room table's finish is failing and becoming sticky, and the carpets are pretty rough (common with a ocean rental). Though the cleaners did vacuum before we showed up, I noticed the vacuum filter and hose was completely clogged, so after fixing that we gave the carpets another vacuuming and that made a massive difference. Also, the parking situation in the driveway was great, but if you are concerned about your car's cleanliness, just know that the trees by the driveway will drip a rather unreal amount of tree sap on your vehicle. It took several hours to remove after our visit and you'll want to bring some window cleaner as I had to clean the windshield every time we left the property so I could safely drive. Lastly, there was only one key in the lock box (supposed to have two), which can be concerning from a safety standpoint. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and our kids DID NOT want to go home (always a good sign). Because of the layout, location, and price we'd consider staying there again.

Beutiful view and just a short walk through some vegitation to the beach. Beds were very confortable and showers were hot.

Really enjoyed our stay… the location is wonderful and the view of twin rocks is spectacular! The new main living room couch is much more comfortable than the previous one. A few minor items should be improved such as some of the blinds in the main living room don’t work and the bath towels could be upgraded. Overall, the house was very comfortable. Thanks!

Great home on the beach. Walkable to Rockaway shops. A bit outdated decor but very very livable. It did not detract from our stay.

My family and I had a great, relaxing time at this property. We would definitely stay again.

This home is in a great spot just a short walk through the dunes to the beach on a quiet street. Unfortunately, the home was quite dirty and the furniture is falling apart. We arrived to a dishwasher full of clean dishes, the dryer full of damp towels (and the only 2 washcloths in the whole place), filthy carpets, dirty walls, and stained or ripped linens. If it weren’t for all of that it would have been a great stay.
