Property was great! We go to Destin every year and this was by far the best house for our family. This house has all of the extra things you will need in the kitchen, bathroom to the extra flashlights for beach at night. Only down fall was beds are a little worn in. Will definitely stay here again!

This rental is very nice, well supplied and nice layout. It was clean with great views for the house and balconies. The location is excellent with great access to the beach and local restaurants. We will stay here again without a doubt.

It was perfect! We had a group of 9 and had plenty of space. Beautiful beach front location! Having the whole house and 3 decks was great. Had everything we needed and more! DQ was across the street saw dolphins and went crab hunting at night! It was perfect.

Beach view was outstanding. The washroom on the deck could be little more cleaner.

Awesome Stay!

I had such a great experience at this rental property. The place was spotless from top to bottom, which immediately made it feel comfortable and welcoming. The location couldn’t have been better — close to everything I needed, easy to get around, and in a really convenient, safe area. Beach access and views were amazing!!!The home was exactly as described, well‑maintained, and clearly cared for. Check‑in was smooth, communication was easy, and everything worked the way it should. It made my stay stress‑free and enjoyable. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable place in a great location.

Better than I expected. Super clean and the perfect layout for our family. Every room has its own bathroom. The view is just amazing on every floor. Walk to food/coffee/shops. 5 stars, hands down.

Perfect for our duo who loves the outdoors! We especially loved the bottom balcony where you could get out of any weather (rain, wind, sun). Loved the layout and simplicity of it all. Only issue was (found out later) that you need to keep a towel or something on the complimentary beach chairs/umbrella or the vendor will totally snatch them up way early. Not the fault of this owner.

Beautiful sunrises and sunsets. Enjoyed looking for crabs with the kids. Convenient location.

Our stay was wonderful! The house was perfect for us and we liked that beach towels were available for us to use. The view was gorgeous and we were so happy with being right on the beach and the beach wasn’t too crowded! If we are able to come back to this area we will definitely try to rent this place again. We had one problem with the umbrella but within minutes they replaced it and we had a new piece. Hosts were great. Side note, Pascallis kitchen across the street is fantastic! We ate there several times on our stay!

We loved the house and location. It was spacious and fit our family of 7 very well. Loved the 4 king rooms with private bathrooms. Location was great, close to everything! Communication with the host was excellent. The rugs needed to be cleaned or replaced as well as the lounge chair on the deck but overall we had a WONDERFUL stay!!

As someone who used to live here, the location was PERFECT. Close to bars and shops, but located right on a private beach can’t be beat. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and then some which is perfect for a girls trip. The communication with the host was quick and efficient. 10/10 would stay again

Great house. Love the updated decor. Close to the beach and other amenities. The kitchen was well stocked with plates, cups, bowls, and cooking equipment. The bedrooms were spacious and the water pressure in the bathrooms were amazing. I would definitely stay in this house again.

We had an amazing time and the property was amazing. We are vacationers that normally do multiple excursions and exploring the area, however, all we wanted to do was beach, eat, sleep and repeat, and it was wonderful. From great grandma to our littlest 11 mo. old granddaughter, we had a wonderful time on the beach, relaxing on the covered patio, and enjoying meals looking out the wall of glass windows at the spectacular view of the beach. My only critique is the dryer doesn't work well and the beds are quite soft and worn and could use a refresh. But the kitchen is stocked and there are games and books galore! Great place!

The property was just as advertised...right on the beach and fairly newly renovated. Beds and linens were all comfortable. Other than the bunk room all are ensuite bathrooms! Plenty of beach towels for your use and a very convenient and inexpensive ( owner subsidized) beach equipment rental program delivering chairs etc right toy our front door. Kitchen was well stocked. Downstairs covered deck was unique and a great gathering spot in the evening!

Being right across the street from local coffee, dairy queen, and cafe was a huge plus! This was the perfect spot for me and my friends from high school to get together. For five 64 year old ladies, the place was awesome. So many bedrooms and so many bathrooms. The lower deck was perfect to get out of the sun but still feel like we were on the beach. Would go again in a heartbeat!

The 4 King Bed Master Suites were perfect for our 4 couples and the place was very clean and in a great location. The staff were great to work with and very prompt when we needed help with a camode that gave us some issue...but they were very quick to respond and sent someone out quickly to assess the situation. Definitely a place we’d like to come back to in the future.
