Beautifully updated beach home on private Moody Beach! Relax in the ocean-side living room or open the door and step out onto the sand in your backyard. The main floor offers a open concept kitchen, dining and living room complete with a large dining table, spacious sectional couch, and a fireplace, all of which overlooks the gorgeous ocean views. The kitchen comes fully stocked and has a drip coffee maker. Accessed directly from the dining and living area is the patio with lounge chairs andsteps out to the sandy beach. Additionally accessed from the main level is a back deck featuring additional comfortable seating. Completing the main level is a full bath and a sun filled private sitting area. Upstairs you'll find three bedrooms and one full bath. The master bedroom features bold ocean views and a spacious covered porch with sun-drenched skylights. Truly a perfect place to relax. The second bedroom offers a queen size bed and ample storage space and third bedroom is perfect for the kids with a bunk bed (double on bottom/twin on top). If you've had enough sun or it's a rainy day, head to the lower level to the family media room. The lower level also offers a full bath and laundry room. Don't forget to rinse the sandy beach off in the outdoor shower!

The ocean breezes keep the home very comfortable and cool, and each room has a fan to assist during the hotter days! (All to say, the home doesn't have a/c)
One small dog (25lbs or under) allowed with approval, payment of fee, and agreement of terms. Penalties will apply if a pet is brought without approval, payment, and agreement.
