What an AMAZING TRIP. beautiful home many memories made

We had an amazing stay in this home that had everything that we could have asked for and more! It had an amazing view of the ocean and direct access to the beach. It was also fully equipped with games, serving dishes, lots of comfy beds, and space big enough for our big family gathering. We literally couldn't have asked for anything more and the communication with the host was exceptional. We will definitely be back to this home in the future! We fell in love with this location!!

The house has absolutely everything you could ever want! It feels like you are staying at the home of a friend that has provided everything for your comfort! The kitchen has a huge pantry stocked with wonderful appliances to make cooking and food preperation fun! The cabinets and drawers are stocked with colorful dishes, seaside themed mugs and more beautiful items than my home kitchen! The large windows in the great room have a stunning view of the coast with a long window seat for lounging, reading and watching for whales and birds. Our son is in a wheelchair and the house is very accessible. It is the most wheelchair accessible vacation house we have ever rented. The owners even provided a beach chair and directed us to the best spot to access the beach! The house feels welcoming and is filled with touches of thoughtful hospitality. We were excited to be greeted with a gift bag and a bottle of wine. We enjoyed the colorful,cozy fleece throws on every bed and comfortable chair. The sauna is amazing complete with a beautiful etched glass inset in the door. The house is filled with art and craft to enjoy and the art and the view elevates the house to a 5 star coastal home.We loved serving drinks from the Mermaid Lounge bar. There is so much to enjoy during your stay at this beautiful, unique home! We will be back!

great home great amenities, disappointed the hot tub didn’t work

The listing doesn't do it justice. House was better than I imagined it would be! Every little convenience was thought out and available. Every small appliance, every towel, every amenity was perfect. Someone really knew what they were doing when they put this place together. Thank you for all of it! We hope to come back some day.

The house was great! It was very clean, and everything was well-marked and easy to find. The elevator was a huge plus for our elderly family members. The host even left a welcome bag with goodies and a bottle of wine, which was such a thoughtful touch!The only minor drawback was the ocean view. While we could see the ocean and some waves over the small sand dune from the window and deck—which was still stunning—our elderly family members couldn’t quite see the beach or the waves crashing, which they really enjoy.Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely stay at this property again.

We read in your book that you wanted to be the best rental in Bayshore. We have stayed in approx. 6 other homes and everyone said yours was the best!We are already looking at fates for next year and are really hoping your home is available.

Excellent vacation stay for a family reunion of four siblings and spouses!! This home is beautiful, spacious, beautifully-decorated, very well-maintained, and filled with sunshine on sunny days. The elevator is a godsend for those with mobility issues. It worked flawlessly. It's difficult to imagine how well-stocked this home is unless you've seen it. The kitchen is large and has an amazing array of kitchen equipment, tools, dishes, cookware, serveware, etc. The kitchen and baths are well-stocked with paper products, cleaning supplies, shampoo, etc. There are many games. The beach view from the upper level rooms is lovely. There is close beach access in front of the house (currently it requires navigating several dunes). Once on the beach, it's possible to walk for miles at low tide. The beach buggy wheelchair enabled us to take our sister-in-law part-way to the beach where she watched the waves. It was fun to hear her laugh as she rolled down the dunes! (There is an easy, flat path all the way to the beach, with a heavy-duty fabric sidewalk, near the north end of Oceania Dr.) The larger beds are comfortable although the bed in the room with the roll-in shower was too high for our sister-in-law to transfer into. The shower controls are also high and require help for those in wheelchairs. We appreciate that this home is dog-friendly. We found the home spotlessly clean, and the host is excellent. She responded very quickly to our questions. Highly recommended.

Wonderful host, beautiful property, everything is marked really well to make the transition to your vacation home easy as can be. Everything you need for a perfect stay is here! The elevator was perfect for our 86 year old Mom and aging dogs too. Beach access was perfect!

Wonderful home with so many amenities- lovely quiet neighborhood!

We enjoyed everything about our stay! The house was beautiful, clean, and had all the things we needed and more! We cooked a lot and the kitchen had plenty of dishes, Tupperware, utensils, spices, and all the appliances we needed. The view from the upper level was amazing. We saw whales and lots of seals at the beach. The walk to the beach was very short. There were beach chairs and toys for the kids. The hot tub was great as well as the sauna! It was one of our favorite stays at the beach :)

This is a beautiful house that is well equipped with everything you need to enjoy your stay .. can’t think of anything that was missing.. we all had a very memorable experience!

This house had the best stocked home we have ever stayed in! From the beach toys and towels to every possible kitchen need. The beach was beautiful and the deck had a wind break that made sitting there on windy days perfect. We will be back!

My brothers, sister and spouses enjoyed our stay. The home was perfect as we are in our 60’s and appreciated the elevator. My sister in law is in a wheelchair and it was great she had access to the entire home. What a view!!! Loved the ocean and we walked on the beach daily. Thank you for an incredible stay!

It was so amazing!This place had absolutely everything. My husband is a paraplegic and he was able to enjoy pretty much everything! This place has an elevator and he was able to be with all of us as we made memories together! Theresa and her husband were available at anytime if we had questions too! Right on the beach and it couldn’t have been more perfect!

This house was amazing. We did a lot of cooking and baking and we found every utensil and appliance a cook could want. Everything was neatly labeled so they could be put back correctly. All appliance and extras were top of the line and there was consideration for every need.Plenty of space for sleeping, bikes available, grills and patios all clean, furniture comfortable. I hope I get a chance to stay here again.

This property was amazing. It had everything you could possible need plus more. Plenty of room for our 3 families and the location on the beach was amazing. Our grandkids absolutely loved it, especially the fun little hideout under the stairs. We will definitely visit again.

This is the second time we have stayed in this house. We love the view. The sauna is popular with our group. We enjoy the spaciousness of the kitchen and the house in general. Totally recommend.

We booked this for a family holiday. I was recovering from foot surgery so the elevator, walk-in shower, and lift chair were great. The kitchen is fully stocked unlike a few that claimed they were. There is even a KitchenAid stand mixer. The kids like the sauna and hot tub. We will be back.

We loved our experience ❤️. We are from North Dakota and Eastern Montana. Walking 🚶‍♂️ the beach, soaking up the sights and sounds of the ocean was all new to us. We hope to come back some day. The house was more than great. Thanks for sharing with us.

This huge and beautiful house has it all: beach access, hot tub, ocean view and it is the most thoroughly stocked rental we've ever been to. Perfect for our group of 7.

Perfect for grandparents, grown children and grandchildren. Easy for grandpa in wheelchair to get around. The house was well-equipped. Everything you need. We had the beach to ourselves and visited Sea lion caves, Cape Perpetua and Newport old town. Thank you for the use of this lovely house!

This was our fourth year to rent this home; we really appreciate the probably best equipped kitchen in the rental market. Theresa is a wonderful host and easy to work with.

It was unanimous! The very best VRBO on the Oregon Coast ever! This was our family’s (two daughters, two grandchildren, and grand dog) 4th trip to the Oregon Coast in four years! All agreed…”the best”…”the bomb”…”perfect”! Gourmet meals were easily prepared in the kitchen and on the grill. Some of us (not me!) braved a polar bear plunge, followed by a dip in the hot tub, and/or time in the sauna. We absolutely LOVE this Treehouse and hope to be back next year!! Thank you for sharing.😁
