Beachfront fun! - Great easy beach access, beach views, Pet friendly!

Kat was amazing, keeping us informed in the days and hrs leading up to our check in. We loved the super close proximity to the beach. Everyone loved tge deck with its amazing ocean views and comfortable seating. All the rooms had comfortable beds, and the kitchen was fully equipped- even had a blender! The outdoor shower was particularly helpful to rinse the children off. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

We enjoyed our stay. This is our second time staying at this house. The location is perfect and we love all the space.

Moondancer was the perfect home for our family vacay. It was clean and had so many thoughtful touches. The proximity to the beach is great just a few steps and you are there. We will definitely make plans to stay again!

House was very nice,the public beach access was like the summer rental!lol but otherwise it was really nice

We had a great stay at this location. The beach is right there, and tends to be very quiet in the mornings and evenings. The restaurants in the area i'd recommend are the seahorse grill and dorado's. Highly recommend booking this place. Great hosts accomodated us. Would book again.

Every thing was great house as described loved it will be definitely returning

This house is super close to the pedestrian beach with a great patio. With smaller kids, it was more relaxing to stay where we didn’t need to worry about cars on the beach. Growing up close to surfside, we have stayed at many beach houses but this was definitely a favorite. Often the houses smell of mold and the tap water is yellow with an awful smell. The tap water here was so much better and the bottled water machine was a huge plus for drinking water. Kat was such a great host with prompt instructions and responses. Highly recommend this house and we plan to rent this location again!

The property was amazing more than we could have ever hoped for. The Host Kat, had to cancel our forst reservation and gave us an upgrade at the same price. She is a stand up person and made our stay the greatest with all the little things you forget to bring provided. Great communication, and availability. Just amazing!!!

We had a great overall stay, even right after Hurricane Beryl..there were a couple leaks, but the owner was right in it to get it fixed. They even offered to refund our stay if we wanted to cancel our trip. But we decided we wanted to stay and we are glad we did. The host was amazing!! The house was clean, a/c worked great and the location is perfect!

This house was perfect for our family, including my 2 grandsons (11/2 and 3). It was clean and comfortable and had a great view of the beach from our second floor porch! The beach was very close to the house. The host was also very helpful and answered my questions quickly ( especially the one about how to turn on the TV!).

This house was maybe a 30 second walk to Surside’s best beach for kiddos! The host was wonderful and extremely quick to answer. Other than a few very minor cosmetic things, the house was perfect! We really enjoyed our stay and loved the house was pet friendly! Would definitely recommend!

Moondancer has everything you need for a wonderful stay ! Very clean, comfortable beds, great layout! Location of the house was excellent too! Kat was very responsive and easy to communicate with. Can definitely recommend :)
