Beachfront Family Fun! 30s to Sand – 1 King, 2 Queens, Bunks, Prvt Beach Access!

This property is a great find. You can literally walk straight out on to the beach. The house was clean upon our arrival and had a fully equipped kitchen. It was plenty of room there for my family of 5 to stretch out and enjoy. Tami the host/owner was always very helpful and accommodating. We definitely plan to visit the house again.

This beach house is so cute and in a really good location. It was nice to have 2 ensuite bedrooms for the adults. The younger ones enjoyed the bunk room and it is close to one of the ensuite bedrooms which works nicely when you have small children. The living room, dining room, and kitchen are spacious and nicely furnished. There are picnic tables and chairs under the house that we enjoyed while my husband made hamburgers and my great-granddaughter loved playing in the sand there. There were several beach toys that she carried to the beach to dig in the sand there as well. It is a short walk to the beach and the boardwalk is easier to walk on than the sand. The ramp was nice when unloading and loading the vehicles but otherwise we used the stairs most of the time. The host/owner was quick to respond when a minor issue arose. We have no complaints. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

Excellent property & just what we were looking for. The owners were great; if I had a question, they would respond within a few minutes every time. Very clean, nice kitchen, close to ocean. The grandkids had a great time.

Our Family Vacation was WONDERFUL!!The Beach was so close we got to enjoy it twice a day with the grandkids.The bed accommodations were perfect for us, they were very comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you think you could need or use. Definitely recommend this house for your Surfside Beach time stay!!

We have stayed here a few times now and always love it! Such a great location with easy access to the beach and walking distance to beachfront restaurants. The house itself has a great setup both inside and out is well stocked. Can’t wait to come back again!

This property was chosen to be together with my son and daughters families ( 11 of us) to celebrate our 54 th wedding anniversary. Beautiful beach house with lovely decorations. Bunk room for the kids was perfect.

Our second time at this home! It was great, exactly as expected. Easy to check in and depart. Neighbors are super nice and friendly. They’ve given gifts/tots to our kids each time we’ve stayed here! 10/10 would definitely stay here again

We had a great trip to Surfside this year. House was in a great location, property manager was extremely helpful and responsiveness, house was CLEAN, and even better than we expected. We enjoyed the layout (bigger living/dining area rather than bigger bedrooms) and had plenty of room for our group of 8 adults and 4 young kids. The porch was great to sit outside and watch the ocean, property had lots of helpful gadgets that you may have forgotten while packing, etc etc. We would absolutely stay here again and are already looking at booking for next year. We travel to Surfside every year, and this house is very comparable to the 7 or 8 others we've stayed in, so it's not like it's an amazing/extravagant house, but we believe it stands out from the rest due to reasons listed above - location, layout, property manager, etc. So as long as you're accustomed to Surfside and not expecting a 5-star luxury house, you will not be disappointed.

The beach house was perfect for our weekend vacation! All the rooms are on 1 level. The rooms were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. It was wonderful sitting on the comfortable deck and it had cover most of the day. Great walkway to the beach. We will definitely be back.

We were looking for a peaceful long weekend close to the beach and this was the perfect place! House was very comfortable and had everything we needed. There were so many thoughtful touches as well - plenty of chargers, beach towels for our use and even beach toys and boogie boards to borrow. Our senior dog appreciated the ADA ramp, it was also helpful for coolers and our wagon. Literally steps from the sand, waves and Gulf breeze! Lots of swimming, long walks and kite flying. The host was so great! We had rented a different property that had to cancel on us the day before check-in, Tami was able to get things done quickly and we stayed on schedule for our trip! My husband and I planned to bring 3 of our grandkids for their first trip to the beach - our 20 year old ended up joining us and even with the extra person we were comfortable, we had everything we needed and the house was lovely. The grandkids joined us on day 2 and we about never got them off the beach!! They were having so much fun my daughter and son in law decided to stay with us instead of driving back to Waco. We had a BLAST!!! Thanks so much for all of your help with figuring the TVs out and everything else.

We had an excellent stay.. The house was great ! The location was great ! The owner Tami was absolutely wonderful. There were so many concerns due to the hurricane , but she made answered every one and made sure the property was in excellent condition before we arrived. The house was clean, nice and very close to the beach. It was far enough away from things that it felt peaceful for the mornings and evenings, but if you wanted to go out, there were several restaurants within walking distance. Some with live music. Being steps from the beach was great for when some family members were tired and wanted to go back in. Property manager was also very friendly and communicated quickly. We didn't have any problems, but the hurricane was on its way and she kept us up to date with evacuation notices and news. We would defintely stay here again.

Great stay just a short few yards from the beach! My family and I stayed here for an extended Memorial Day weekend. We had a great time and really enjoyed ourselves there. Easy booking and great communication with the Owner. The house was just as described. Will def consider again

This is an awesome house in a great location on Surfside Beach. Just steps to the beach and walking distance to a couple of the restaurants on the beach. House is well stocked and was a perfect size for 4 adult couples. Owners are very responsive as well. I highly recommend this rental!
