Downtown Ventura is also less than 20 minutes away. Catch a show at the Majestic Ventura Theater or go for a guided tour around Ventura Botanical Gardens.

The City of Ventura requires a minimum stay of 7 nights for all vacation rentals during the period beginning on the second Friday in June and ending with the last Friday in August.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

    I really enjoyed my stay at this house. The view is amazing. I was able to get into the house easily with the instructions given. The guest services were quick to respond and resolve any issues. The toaster oven didn’t work and they responded quickly and brought a new one right away! They were awesome!!

    Nothing beats a beach house. The home is well maintained and clean. Perfect for our 2-couple group. Bedrooms and bathrooms are generously sized. Kitchen is well appointed. Sitting/TV room on 2nd floor is very comfortable and a great spot to wind down in the evenings.Quiet and friendly little neighborhood. Dolphins and seals swim by every morning. Easy drive in to Ventura, Summerland and Santa Barbara

    This is a lovely beach home with unbeatable views. It has a well-stocked kitchen. It would have been nice to be able to use the fireplace. There were a few little maintenance issues that need to be attended to, but they didn’t hinder our enjoyment of the house.

    private getaway. the short drive to Santa Barbara for our events was worth the view and private beach. Carpet could use a steam cleaning in master but rest of house was clean.

    The house is okay and well stocked, but the location is everything! The beach is beautiful and serene. Can't beat being right on the beach, especially when there are no crowds. The representatives of Vacasa were extremely helpful and friendly. I would rent from them again anytime. We had a wonderful trip and would love to go back!
