Beachfront & Dog Friendly!

I loved all the deck furniture. I was able to sit out in the morning and drink my coffee and enjoy the view. We also enjoyed taking the dogs for early morning walks on the beach. We really enjoyed being so close to the beach.

It's far enough from the neighborhood access that you don't have many close neighbors. Plenty of room.

What a view! Step from the deck right onto sand! Very clean! New or practically new appliances, countertops, bathrooms etc. throughout. Nice clean section of beach. Practically deserted when we were there in late April. If you want to get away from the crowds in the Orange Beach area this is the place.

ON THE BEACH was an understatement. We walked down the steps and our bare feet were tickled by the sand. After the sun went down, we relaxed on the deck watching the waves caress the sand dunes. The breeze from the surf put us to sleep nightly. We have many stories and are looking at our next trip.

Best beach view I’ve ever had

We stayed with our kids and one dog. The house is nice and is described in the ad and at a great price! The property manager was very friendly and available. We loved the location and the closeness to the water as we didn't have to lug all the kids thing and chairs very far. We would definitely come back.

The only thing was that the internet was a little sketchy, but I’d still stay here again. Absolutely loved it.

Reviewer Comments: The house manager or what3ver he was called showed up at the house uninvited and when he came up on the porch my wife was actually getting undressed. He didn't say sorry or anything. Just said let us know if you need anything. If I need something I would call. I dont need or want anyone showing up uninvited. The on the 3rd day we found several cockroaches in the kitchen. Which I have pics of. He ask if we wanted a exterminator to come over. I said no I don't want chemicals sprayed in the house while we're here. We liked the view and house location. But we'll never rent from coastal again.

This condo is wonderful!! Beautifully decorated and well furnished!! Pet friendly right on the beach. This time of year the peninsula and the beach are very quiet which was nice. The property manager, Greg, is very responsive. We had a small issue with the TV in the bedroom. He came over promptly, introduced himself, and took care of the problem. We definitely plan to stay here again.

Very relaxing

We loved this location so much our first time, we came for a second stay. We had beautiful weather, we were directly on the private beach, and it is a quiet neighborhood. Ideal for a quiet getaway with our family. The kitchen was a little small for our growing family, but we knew this going in. We brought most of our things to cook most meals, but could have used simple things like cooking spray or aluminum foil which we forgot, and a few more sets of cutlery. There were spices available and plenty of utensils to cook with. The hosts are very helpful and extremely responsive, with restaurant recommendations and anything else you may need. Recommend this property!

The nicest thing about this house, it’s literally 8 wooden steps until your feet touch the sand. Inside was nice could use a few updates. Starting with the Master bedroom mattress and brighter bathroom lighting. We enjoyed our stay. We will return!ThanQ J

It has great proximity to the beach so when the kids get hungry it’s just a few steps to the kitchen to make a sandwich! Our only complaint is the amount of sand that sticks to the floor, even when you wash off, your feet get covered again from the porch, so this year we put a tray of water to step into on the first step and one of our beach towels on the second right at the door and it helped so much!! Our kids complain because there is no tv in the room they sleep in. But other than that, we love it here, it’s our home away from home!

We enjoyed our stay ! The house was just right for the two of us and our dog. It was clean, the manager checked on us one time to make sure all was ok. We had neighbors that were very nice and quite themselves like us.

We love this property because it is right on the beach. It has been updated and looked much better than last time we stayed.it would be nice if the sliding doors had screens so you could leave the doors open. Also it needs a deep ckean. But we love it and will definitely go back.
