Beachfront cottage cozy & warm while watching wild surf action

Home is charming. Ocean view, watching tide roll in & out - and even experiencing a beautiful full rainbow happening right in front of us!Very comfortable for my sis & I. Kitchen has everything you need. Walk to beach is not far. Combination lock on gate to beach was stuck. Worked out fine. Thank you for all the folks who go into making this home clean, cozy & comfortable!

Great house! Would stay again. Bedroom and bathroom heating baseboards weren't working but property manager assisted quickly with a portable heater.

This is our second visit to your place. We really do love the chairs and facing the ocean. Love the easy access to the beach. The toilet seat in the main bathroom is loose/broken. The departure instructions are clear, but differ slightly. There was one document that indicated to strip the beds which we did.One of the other things that we love is, you can tell it is a family home. We appreciate you sharing your home.

Things were good with the exception of the 1/2 bath. toilet seal was leaking

Great location and home was perfect. Had an issue with heating in the bedroom but were provided with portable heaters.

The cottage was clean and comfortably furnished. Host provided binder with helpful information - thermostat, appliances, WiFi and TV, etc. Good location. Spent much of our time sitting is those comfortable chairs reading and looking out at the ocean. Second time we stayed at cottage and would stay again.

I came to relax from a busy schedule and was able to completely reset, the view from the house is award winning and hard to get up from. Kitchen was fully stocked and was in a great location.

Gorgeous beachfront property! We loved staying here and hope to be back! The views are stunning, and the house has steps with direct access to the beach. They even had beach chairs to use and binoculars for viewing wildlife. Great little backyard with a fire pit too! The home was super clean and the kitchen was well stocked with essentials for meals at “home”. Very close/convenient to grocery shopping. We drove South one day and North another, so it was nice to be centrally located. The host is super responsive and renting was easy. Top notch all the way!

Wonderful stay at the Jetty cottage. We really loved the easy access to the beach (just down the steps), the unmatched view of the ocean (especially sunsets), location to grocery store and casino (can walk and don't have to travel on 101), location to local attractions (in town and hiking) and kitchen set up for making meals. Would recommend to others and book a stay here again without hesitation. What are you waiting for?

Located RIGHT on the beach

We loved this sweet little place on the ocean. Great location and stocked well with kitchen gadgets. The location is great. It was very quiet.

This lovely home offered everything you could ask for. It is right on the Pacific Ocean with direct access to the beach. Lincoln City offers just the right mix of things to do and ways to relax. The Chinook Winds Casino is right down the street. Great restaurants everywhere. We never had a bad meal. When we couldn’t tear ourselves away from the house, Door Dash brought the food to us. The grocery store is also very close if you choose to cook. The bathrooms and kitchen are very modern.

We have stayed here more than one. My father and I. It is an excellent location and the house is cozy and friendly. It is well cared for and well equipped. Parking is easy. TVs and kitchen appliances easy to use. View is panoramic. Stairs to the beach are not for those with mobility issues but can walk to casino or Safeway. Furniture is comfortable and usable for older people. This property great for 2 people, single person, or small family. Neighborhood feels safe and properties are maintained.

We could tell that a family has cared for the home for many years. It was well furnished, clean and very comfortable.

This property is a gem. Right on the beach with private stairs to walk down. Walkable to the casino and a public garden. Plus restaurants. Wonderful living room layout with a large couch and 2 swivel chairs in front of the big windows facing the ocean. We will definitely be back.

Lovely and delightful little craftsman home, right on the water. So cozy with very nice amenities, comfortable beds and stunning views and easy beach access. Definitely will be back, the only downside, they don't take dogs.

This well stocked cottage never disappoints. Amazing views, comfortable beds, main bathroom with rain shower showerhead. The best stocked kitchen ever! Private stairs to the beach and close to shopping and my favorite restaurants. Our favorite time is sitting in the leather chairs with our morning coffee and savoring the view.

Was the perfect home for our long weekend during King Tide! Private access to the beach, lovely little backyard and fire pit, indoor fireplace for the cool evening and all the little necessities needed. We will visit again!

The property has a very good location. The views from The living room and kitchen are very beautiful and peaceful. Has a very short, extremely nice staircase down to the beach with easy fast access privately we have stayed in a lot of beach houses. This one’s definitely on our list to stay at again. The house is very equipped with all cooking utensils, which was nice and made it easy for us to prepare our meals. The beds were comfortable a lot comfortable than a lot of places we have stayed at and we stay in a lot of vacation homes throughout the year. We would recommend this property for a family of four or in our case. We had another couple stay with us that are friends of ours..

Everything was wonderful. Brought in the new year looking at the amazing ocean.

Literally, the backyard is the ocean. We were there during king tides and storms. The waves were within a 100 feet on high tide. I've lived in Oregon all of my life and have been staying at the beach for over 60 years. I can't think of a place that can rival this cottage. The owner has upgraded the windows, kitchen, bathrooms etc. to high end standards. Comfortable furniture, fireplace, I could go on! Will be returning for sure

My wife and I were on vacation touring the Oregon coast. This location was perfect as it is about the midpoint of areas we traveled north and south. Huge windows overlooking the Pacific Ocean with comfortable chairs —we had breakfast and coffee in that spot every day! The interior is fantastic too- nicely adorned. Beautiful wood furniture. Bathroom is clean and classy modern. Would definitely come again! The house is recommend with the highest marks!

Very nice home would sray again. Only one complaint which is a small one, the guest shouldn't be responsible for packing out the garbage and finding some place to dump it. I can't take my grabage on the airplane with me and dumping in the neighbors would be theft of services. Pay for garbage service like all other residents.

My sister and I had three full days to enjoy the Oregon coast. This adorable little oceanfront home ticked all our boxes for cozy and comfortable, beautiful views from the windows, 2 separate bedrooms and a bath and a half. We were so fortunate to have temps in the mid 70s and sunshine for 2 out of 3 days, early September. A super low tide on our arrival day allowed us to check out all the sea life clinging to the huge rocks that you can see from the windows of the house. This house is a gem and we would certainly consider returning some day!

What a wonderful experience this cottage was.. loved how we were steps from the beach and minutes from everything else!! Clean and just a fabulous weekend!!!

I think the thing that sets this property apart for me is that it feels like an actual family home. There are family pictures and ‘artifacts’ which make it feels so homey. In addition to that, the home is beautiful, the scenery is obviously top notch, and it’s well appointed. We plan to come back.

We stayed here for my birthday weekend. Quaint and comfortable little home with the best views in the entire area. We spent most of our time sitting in the front room chairs watching the waves. This gem of a cottage is the perfect beach experience. Literally right at the waves! The views from inside are spectacular and the easy steps to the ocean put beach combing right at your toes. The home is charming and furnished with many considerate details to make visitors feel welcome. The beds are good, fluffy towels and multi head shower are heavenly and the kitchen is clean and well equipped. Traveler's Hint: Purchase fresh Dungeness crab from Barnacle Bills, grab a loaf of french bread and good wine from the nearby Safeway and enjoy this perfect meal at the outdoor dining table with a fabulous view and sound of the waves.

Thank you for the immaculate, peaceful, updated house on the Beach! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We have never been to Lincoln City and the proximity of the house to everything/other towns is perfect. We would love to know if you ever rent it on a monthly basis.
