Beachfront Contemporary The Heart Of Los Barriles! New 1/1 Guest Casita!!

The location of this home is absolutely fantastic! You get views of the sunrises from the patio every morning. You can watch whales, rays & wingers at all times of day. The home has all the amenities and was super comfortable. Julie the manager was very responsive every time we had a question or wanted a recommendation. We’d return here again & again!

Great Location and extremely clean

This property is quiet and serene. It is well maintained and very easy to get to. Several outstanding restaurants in town are within walking distance. The sea is calm, clear and cool. Only 180 steps from the back deck to waters edge. Why pay the same for some crowded, noisy resort?This was our fourth stay and there will be more.

Terrific property and management!

This house was amazing. We liked it from the beginning but found that the property grew on us and we loved it more and more each day. The house is such a relaxing vibe with the sounds of the sea serenading us to sleep each night. It is the perfect blend of elegance and simplicity. Thank you for a wonderful escape.

Honestly, this place is perfect. Beach at your feet. Pool in the back. Aesthetically gorgeous. Walk to fantastic restaurants and or stores. Bring US dollars. The only thing I would change, is a later check out. 10 AM is too early.

This house is spectacular and even more impressive in person. Very modern with everything you need. The views are gorgeous and the sandy beach is beautiful right outside your door. I especially loved being able to walk everywhere in town. We watched the sunrise every morning from the outdoor patio. Can’t wait to come back!

The house and location are amazing - the entire property is amazing. Location is very central to town, and with beach access what else could you ask for. We had to cut our trip short - but would love to come back some day.

Beautiful, modern home, great location, well-stocked kitchen. We did lose power & water multiple times, while neighboring houses did not. Luckily the neighbor shared his hose with us. During a windstorm, the poorly-constructed gate blew off, and also broke a paddle-board paddle. After departing, they accused us of smoking in the house, which was absurd, as no one in our party smokes at all, and there was zero smoke odor at any point during our stay. Upon arriving home, we agreed to pay $90 for the paddle, even though we felt like you should be able to reasonably count on a gate not falling and/or breaking things. Once the charge went through (a month after our stay), it was for $234. This was a complete surprise, but they claimed it was for excess electrical use. I'm aware that this possibility was in the contract, but the specifics were never communicated in the month between our stay and the CC charge, nor was there transparency regarding the meter readings and/or amount being charged per kWh prior to the charge. We've stayed in LB many times, and ultimately it comes down to: beautiful house, difficult owners/management.

The property itself was amazing. The house is updated and has everything you need for even a longer stay—including whole house UV water filtration so you can drink the water! Communication prior to arrival with the property manager was slow (did not even confirm address until the day of check in—and the address in Vrbo was slightly wrong; and no info was sent about check in process until we were driving to the unit) and it would have been helpful to have been sent the house book (full of recs and info like the water filtration) before arrival. Communication was much better once we had checked in, especially regarding our additional casita rental cleaning which there had been a small miscommunication about. The location on the beach was absolutely fantastic and the pool was great for windier days. Kitchen was very well stocked (coffee pot, blender, tons of baking supplies, plenty of pots/pans/bowls/plates). Beach chairs were a very nice thing to have but no other “toys;” however there are many rental places in town.

We have been coming to Los Barilles for a number of years and this property was the nicest we have stayed in! The views are amazing and the house has everything you need. We created some amazing family memories and will definitely look at staying here again on our next visit!
