Stayed May 22, 2026This was the perfect space for our family. We normally go to Port A, but from now on, we will be coming here. Host was great and responsive. House was very much well kept. Beach waz not over crowded and walk to the beach was quick.l, though we drove on. A lot of mosquitoes due to all the rain was the only down fall, but that had nothing to do with the host or house, just come prepared. Pool was great and well kept too! We also had 1 rainy day and there were great games located in the house to keep our family busy

Stayed Apr 17, 2026Ocean views were really good, the unit inside is modern, comfortable and very clean. Beach access is decent with a path nearby, but an area resident has no trespassing signs posted so it’s unclear if the path is on private property or not. The car beach access isn’t far. The pool is great and the fishing in the local pond is also very nice. The check-in and check out times are firm with notices of fines if not followed. The drawback to this community is the exterior is dated and worn and in need of minor repairs which looks more like an HOA issue than an issue with the unit itself. Compared to other Matagorda locations would still recommend with the amenities and the interior condition. If they update the exteriors this place would be 5 star.

Stayed Aug 1, 2025We’ve stayed at a few different condos in this complex over the years and this was by far the best one yet! Check-in was super easy. Kitchen was well equipped and plenty of paper towels and toilet paper. Easy check out procedure without an exhaustive list of things to do. Views were amazing!We will definitely stay here again!

Stayed Oct 17, 2024#46 is our new favorite stay in Matagorda. Beautifully updated, immaculate, outfitted with everything you could need! The view is the best. We loved sitting on the deck and listening to the ocean - sooo soothing. The host, Lynsey, was lovely. Great communication and so welcoming. We are looking forward to our next visit!
