This place was exactly as the pictures show! It was very clean and as close to the ocean as it's possible to get. Just hop over the seawall and you're swimming in the sea! This was the perfect stay for two adults who aren't too into the party scene as it was nice and quiet for us. Although the beach is public, we had it entirely to ourselves almost the whole time, which was amazing. Access to St. Jean and Gustavia was easy and there are plenty of restaurants and food options near by. Montana was a great host and communicated everything we needed to know before we even knew we needed it. A great stay, can't wait to come back!

I wish I could express only positive feedback about this stay. Unfortunately, the negatives outweigh the positives in this situation. This is an honest and straightforward review of our recent experience staying at this place. I want to inform other guests about what they need to consider before booking their trip. The place is well-maintained, located near the beach, and the host was very responsive. The Negative Aspects:We arrived on Sunday afternoon after a 24-hour trip. Since our home time zone is four hours behind St. Barthélemy, we were exhausted. While we were trying to catch up on sleep and recover from jet lag, we were abruptly awakened on Monday at 7 a.m. (which felt like 3 a.m. to our bodies) by loud construction work on the street above the house. They were breaking open the ground with a jackhammer and moving heavy machines. This repeated every day from 7am to 5pm, including Saturday! Sunday was our last day of stay, the only day there was no construction. We tried to stay outside the house as much as possible, but we still had to wake up early and eat breakfast amidst heavy construction noises. We definitely didn't have the quiet and relaxed experience that was advertised. The host claimed that the construction work was beyond her control. However, the property owners were aware of the ongoing public construction, and a brief visit to the site during the week before our stay would have clarified the situation. She should have informed us about the situati

The beachfront bungalow was perfect for our honeymoon. It was clean and well appointed, with lots of niceties like an outdoor shower, beach chairs and towels, and an extremely comfortable bed. But above all, the location was just as unbelievable as it looks in the pictures. We enjoyed having our breakfast and coffee just steps from the water every morning, and although it’s on a public beach, there was rarely anyone else around. It’s also very easy to get to the rest of the island from the bungalow.I also want to commend Montana as a host. Beyond preparing the place for our arrival, she provided invaluable information beforehand to help us plan our trip. She gave us recommendations on things to do, places to eat, even which car rental companies would be easiest to use. She never steered us wrong, and we wouldn’t have had the wonderful honeymoon we did without her!

Just a wonderful little beach cottage! Montana’s cottage, Wine, quaint, and very special. It had everything that you need in a wonderful location right on the shore. The sounds of the waves coming in were refreshing and rejuvenating. This is such a special little island getaway. Perfect for a couple, who want some peace and quiet away from Gustavia. Finding the place was very easy, in Montana’s guidance and directions for checking in was perfect. Thanks Montana for answering all our questions about the island. I just can’t say enough about this little place. We truly loved it. I would recommend to anyone. We loved that Montana had beach chairs for us. A unique place on a very special island!

Excellent stay! The place is exactly as described. Open the door to the beach and seaside. Nice little beach but everything in St. Barts is driving distance. You can drive to most beaches in 10-15 minutes and the roads though narrow are quite good. The cottage is well situated and everything works. Very clean and Montana is simply a pleasure to work with. She was always on top of things.
