Beachfront Boutique Vacation Townhouse Nestled in the Highly Coveted IRB Narrows

Communication with the host was great! Location right on the beach and close to restaurants and bars was clutch! We had a rental car but we were close enough that we walked to dinner at a different restaurant every night. The condo could use some TLC but the location definitely helps a guest to overlook some of those minor issues.

The condo was clean, well stocked w blankets, pillows, towels & beach gear. The AC worked great, the beach view was all that we hoped for. The ease of getting to the beach was phenomenal. The decor was super cute & put together. The area was so charming and loved that we could walk to many places in the evening for dinner.There were a few things about the unit that didn’t quite meet our expectations:The right half of the back sliding back door was broken, with the screen leaning up against the inside of the unit. The other side of the door didn’t lock. It seemed like a safe neighborhood, and we were on the 2nd floor, but a locking back door is definitely something that we expected.The deadbolt on the front door was near impossible to lock as well. We were able to lock it once, and never again after that. The lock on the keypad did work.The shower head in the bottom shower needs to be replaced. Water was slightly better than a trickle when coming out. We ended up not using that shower because of this. The description indicated that the unit had its own washer & dryer. When in reality, it’s a shared facility that you have to pay to use. All in all, we would stay here again, and hope that these fixable issues were fixed. The good outweighed the bad. LOVED the area!

Another wonderful stay! This is our second time at this property and will be back next year! They literally have everything you need at the condo! The location couldn’t be better!

Fantastic location! Views are unmatched and beach was perfect- not at all crowded. Nice little pool area overlooking the Gulf. Great small beach town feel. Walkable places to eat and shop. Food at all the restaurants was so good! Super quick trip to Clearwater too for even more fun.

We had a great time. Perfect access to the beach that was quiet, calm, and clear. Pool was great, balcony was awesome to wake up every morning. I’d love for a few things to be updated, but that is a nitpick. Would stay here again and recommend it.

The condo definitely needs/needed a deep clean! My wife spent over an hour wiping things down our first day. It is definitely in need of some touch ups (i.e. paint, caulk, toilet seat, etc.) as there was paint coming off the hand rails, scuffs all over, and the main floor toilet seat had bare wood spots and one of the hinges was broken. Linens in the main bedroom and numerous towels were stained/dirty. The owners were very responsive and apologetic, and had new sheets, pillow cases, and a quilt sent via Amazon the next day! The unit was otherwise as described and everything functioned as expected. The location was amazing! We were able to walk right out to the beach, and never once felt crowded (and it was spring break)! The pool was nice and we never had an issue finding chairs/loungers, and never felt overcrowded in the pool. It was also great having access to 2 gas Weber grills on the property that were hard lined in, so you never had to be concerned about the gas running out. One thing we wished would have been more clear was that there is no laundry in the actual unit, but there is coin operated washer/dryer on the property. Overall, we had a great week there,

The Happy Fiddlers is located in the Narrows with beautiful views of the Gulf and Intercostal. The pool is relaxing, heated and a very nice size. Views to the Gulf are wonderful! The unit we stayed in was very comfortable and quiet. The townhouse layout was excellent. We are already booked for 2026......

Property manager was there and available with answers to questions I had which made it very easy to clear up any problems I thought I might have.

This was our first time to the area and this place was an absolute gem! I packed so much extra things that we didn’t need because the condo had everything we needed and more! The view was breathtaking and the property managers was very kind. Already planning a return trip next year!
