The fabulous location is serene and quiet but close to many area attractions such as the popular John's Pass and award-winning St. Pete Beach. - Minimum age required to book our property is 25 years old.

This Property is Pet (Dogs) Friendly. Read before booking!
We're happy to welcome dogs, but there are a few important guidelines to follow:
• Advance Notice Required: You must notify the management company in advance if you plan to bring a dog. Please include your dog's breed, weight, and age. The Pet Fee will be added to your reservation. Bringing an unauthorized pet or failing to pay the required pet fee will result in a $500 unauthorized pet fee, immediate eviction, and forfeiture of all rental payments, as this is a breach of our Rental Contract.
• Dog Size Limit: One or two (2) dogs allowed up to 75 pounds total.
• Pet Fees:
o 1 dog
• $175 minimum for any reservation up to 1 week
• $275 minimum past 1 week up to per month
o 2 dogs
• $275 minimum for any reservation up to 1 week
• $399 minimum past 1 week up to per month
Not Permitted:
• No dogs under 12 months old must be housebroken, neutered, or spayed.
• The following breeds (and any mixes thereof) are not allowed:
Akita, Australian Blue Heeler, Boxer, Bull Mastiff, Chow, Dalmatian, Doberman, English Bulldog, Great Dane, Husky (any type), Malamute, Mastiff (any variation), Pit Bull (any mix), Presa Canario, Rottweiler, Saint Bernard, Wolf-dog hybrid. We reserve the right to decline any dog for any reason.
Rules While On Property:
• Dogs must be leashed and restrained at all times outside the unit.
• Dogs are not allowed in the pool area.
• All dog walks must take defecation off the association property. The city property is usually the sidewalk and away from the property.
• Per County Ordinance, dogs are not allowed on the beach.
• Excessive barking will result in eviction of the dog, guests, and renters from the property.

Service Animals (defined as dogs that are individually trained to do work or perform tasks for people with disabilities) and Emotional Support Animals (“Emotional support animal” means an animal that does not require training to do work, perform tasks, provide assistance, or provide therapeutic emotional support by virtue of its presence which alleviates one or more identified symptoms or effects of a person's disability) are welcome. HUD also defines Assistance Animals as “An assistance animal is an animal that works, provides assistance, or performs tasks for the benefit of a person with a disability, or that provides emotional support that alleviates one or more identified effects of a person's disability. An assistance animal is not a pet.” We are happy to accommodate guests with assistance animals, adhering to online booking sites policies and all applicable laws. Florida Statute addresses this in Chapter 760.27, DISCRIMINATION IN THE TREATMENT OF PERSONS; MINORITY REPRESENTATION. We do not ask for documentation for either ESAs, Assistance Animals or Service Animals.

Beach Haven B4 rests on the south end of Treasure Island, which is blessed with long stretches of glistening white sandy beaches that boast the Old Florida feeling. Treasure Island is a more peaceful option for those who want to stay away from the crowded beaches, making it the perfect vacation spot for visitors looking for a quiet getaway. Within a 5-minute drive, you can enjoy dinner overlooking the Gulf sunset at popular Caddy's on the Beach or sip island drinks overlooking the peaceful Intracoastal waterway at the Salty Rim Grill. The world-famous John's Pass Village, an old fishing village, has been transformed into a shopping area, is just 2 miles away and home to a wide variety of shops, stores, restaurants, and bars. John's Pass Village has something for everyone.

    The back patios were exactly what we were looking for in our Treasure Island vacation! The weather was glorious so we spent most of the time outside. The house is definitely worn on the inside with water stained ceilings, holes in the walls, etc but as a whole, it was a great stay.

    Beautiful home, just like the pictures show. Very clean! It was great being right on the beach and just a short walk or drive to restaurants, stores, ice cream, bars or anything else you may want. Perfect for our girls week. We would definitely stay here again.

    This was the perfect place! 2 decks overlooking the ocean- we ate outside most meals. There were Tommy Bahama beach chairs to use. The outdoor shower was key. After every beach time we showered our kiddos before tracking in the sand- so easy. We walked to get drinks just down the beach at Caddys and Tiki hut bar. Walked to eat at Sea Dog Brewery. Also drove a quick drive with easy parking at St Johns Pass to eat/shop. I really hope to stay here again! An fyi for families- my mobile 2 year old loved all the beautiful decor (which we quickly hid away), and the flights of stairs since it is a town home, which made it a bit tricky. Being steps away from the beach, not as busy as other touristy beach towns was simply amazing! I appreciated this place was a family run business and not managed by a large FLcondo rental business.

    We had a really great time at Jeff & Gina's property in Treasure Island. It was walking distance to great restaurants and bars and had easy access to the beach! Everything about this stay was perfect, we all said we would stay again!

    We loved this property. We are local to Tampa & we still felt like we were on a vacation. This house is in an excellent location with lots of restaurants, and a Publix right down the street. You can’t beat the views, & for the price we paid per night this property was a steal! We look forward to renting this beautiful condo again!
