Stayed Sep 6, 2025Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This beach house was in a nice location.But this house was dirty, needs alot of updates. The house had dog hair every where. Couches, floor.

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Sea Star makes vacation rental very easy and smooth from reservation to departure!! I have stayed in a few of their vacation homes some more equipped than others but being at Garden City (our home away from home) is what matters at the end of the day. The only complaint I have this year is the house was not that clean upon arrival.

The house was just as described, spacious bedrooms, perfect outside area and great location! The pool was perfect size for our family. Would recommend updating the living room couch and love seat.
