BEACHFRONT 3 BR/3.5 bath townhome, steps to the beach! Dogs OK

Property was right on beach.

The host was very communicative, and the house was well appointed. The views were stunning, and the beach is only steps away.

Excellent property and hosts. Although we did not cook, the kitchen is well stocked to cook and dine in. The beds were comfortable. Bathrooms were clean. Great view from the 2nd and 3rd floor. We traveled with our dog, they even have dog bowls for your pet. We had a short 3night stay in January. Would love to return when the weather is warmer.

There's a reason this place gets great reviews. Best condo in Barrier Dunes. Well stocked with everything you need for a wonderful stay. Only condo I've ever stayed at on the Cape that didn't have Palmetto bugs. Didn't see a single one! Very clean, comfortable condo, highly recommend and great beachfront location.

Beautiful. Clean. Perfect location. Surprisingly private and quiet due to the layout and location. Best condo I’ve stayed in at Barrier Dunes and I have stayed there many times.

We really enjoyed staying in this beautiful unit! Everything was clean, comfortable, and the view from the top two decks was incredible! While the sargassum on the beach was disappointing, we were so glad we chose this unit so we could see the ocean without having to deal with it too much. The gulf side pool was wonderful as well!

Everything was perfect

This property is so comfortable and really lovely. The views of the gulf are stunning. The kitchen is one of the best equipped I had ever stayed in, and we cooked in most nights. The master bedroom suite has an amazing view from the porch and great bathroom and storage. Other areas of the home were equally lovely and we enjoyed this rental unit! Would seek it out if we return to Cape San Blas.

This beautiful beach front home was perfect for our weekend getaway with our pup. The property was very clean and updated and the kitchen was well-stocked with everything we could possibly need. We are looking forward to visiting again!

We spent fall break at this lovely condo on Cape San Blas. It is in the perfect location with beach front views! Well appointed with everything you could need. Easy check in/check out and great communication with host. Would definitely stay here again in the future!!

Great location, very clean, very comfortable beds, right on the beach , very well equipped kitchen, nice dishes. We and our friends enjoyed stay very much .

It was a quick two day getaway and the place was great that we stayed. The location was great, the property was very nice, clean, and right on the beach. Will definitely want to stay here again.

Our stay was great and we enjoyed the townhouse and area. We did have a few issues with the A/C and the laundry room door during our stay. Katie was great at responding and tried hard to get people out to fix things even with the threat of a hurricane coming our way. We thankfully were missed by the hurricane, so were able to stay and enjoy our vacation with only one power outage, a water outage, some wind, and some rain. The extra A/C in the top bedroom was not operational upon arrival and for a couple of days due to someone leaving it at a temperature setting that was too low which caused it to freeze up. There was a laundry room door that fell off when we went to open for the first time and that was fixed by the Friday before we left. Everything else was great. The rooms and bathrooms are beautiful. There was plenty of room and the beds are pretty comfortable. The Master bed does have a 'hump' in the middle but is still pretty comfy. The kitchen is well stocked. If I had to suggest one thing in the kitchen, it would be to add a nice larger frying pan/skillet. We had to improvise with the smaller ones to be able to cook enough food for everyone. The pool was very nice and the view is OUTSTANDING from this townhouse.

Property was very family friendly probably the most well stocked home I have ever stayed in. Very short and easy walk to the beach. No issues what so ever but communication with homeowner was easy. I hope to be able to return again someday to stay here.

Location is the best. Back deck stairs 20 steps to a wood walk path over the dunes to the beach. Unit has plenty of beach chairs, toys, cooler, and a beach umbrella. Amazing views of the sunset and beach from the 2nd and 3rd floor bedrooms. Large smart TV in den for Netflix, etc. Well furnished kitchen with spices, sugar, filters, trash bags, dish soaps, laundry, dishes, utensils, pots, etc. Comfy beds and towels. Each bedroom has its own bath. Quiet complex with pools good for children and grandparents. Friendly folks all around. Local store Trading Post is well stocked and very reasonably priced. PSJ area is quaint and not too touristy. We recommend and would come back to this beach and stay in this same unit again.
