• Any group gatherings and events at this property are limited to the number of occupants (8 persons).
• Dogs are allowed with non-refundable $100 fee/pup. Limit 2. No cats.
• Parking is available for 4 vehicles. Please do not block driveway that is shared with the house next door.
• Direct beach access, walk to Pier Village
• Private Elevator. Winding stairs are located outside the home (beach side). See note regarding elevators below.

Minimum age to rent is 25. This applies to all guests with the exception of multi-generational families.

What to Expect in your Unit:
• There are 4 Smart TVs located in this property. (Streaming Only- Guest must use their own accounts)
• Linens (Bath towels and bed sheets) are provided along with a Starter Supply of Toilet Paper, Soap, Paper Towels and Trash Bags. Any additional supplies needed during tenancy will be the responsibility of the guest.
• Beach towels located in the outdoor storage hamper on the bottom level patio

Note regarding Private Elevators: Elevators come at no additional cost and may be used throughout your stay. Please be aware that due to the extremely sensitive nature of residential elevators, this amenity can breakdown. If you receive any issues during your stay, this will be addressed as quickly as possible, however, our location may cause delay and this amenity cannot be considered a guarantee.
