Beachcomber is an elevated two bedroom beach house with an open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area, plus bathroom/toilet and laundry. The deck and main living area have views through a clump of sheoaks to Great Oyster Bay and the ranges beyond. It’s a 5 minute walk down Oyster Bay Court and the waterfront track to Swanwick Beach. Beachcomber is ideal for one or two couples, two friends requiring separate bedrooms or a couple with up to three children.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969The house is ok overall but it needs some love. Little things like the cuttlery, crockery, jug, kitchen tap, dvd player are all very old or slightly broken. We couldn't use the iron as it was too stained. The house is poorly designed for hot weather. It was unbearable in the afternoons with no air con or ceiling fans. The house is on a septic system so you can't drink the water which is a bit annoying but not a deal breaker. Very poor shower also. The view is nice and the location is good for Freycinet, but we just felt uncomfortable most of the time.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969A fabulous location at Coles Bay, right near Freycinet National Park. Views overlook the bay - absolutely gorgeous! The house is fully kitted out and accommodating, although the beds aren't amazing unfortunately. Overall, thoroughly recommend a stay at Beachcomber.
