Stayed Jun 29, 2024We stayed for 6 days with 10 kids ages 10-18 and 5 adults. This home was perfect for the wide range of ages we had. What We loved - Villatel is very attentive, thorough and easy to work with. They were responsive to all calls and requests in a very timely manner. Their customer service is excellent. The house is very spacious so allows everyone to spread out and not be on top of each other. We made every meal at the house and we had plenty of space for everyone to sit down and eat. Tons of plates, silverware, cups & glasses for a big group. It's a pretty short walk to the beach (or you can rent a golf cart), resort pool is great and a very short walk away. Publix is 3 minutes away, great for all the grocery runs needed for this many people. The beach was not crowded, there are bathrooms & showers for resort guests on the way out from the beach. There are 2 washer/dryers, beach towels provided and a good starter kit of supplies. The area in general is quiet and not at all touristy. Things to know - There aren't any pool or beach chairs, toys, boards, etc at the house. The kitchen is pretty lean in terms of stocked items like salt & pepper, spices, cleaning supplies (there were any of those) and the cookware & cutlery is cheap so a little tough to cook with. Not a big surprise but something to be ready for if you plan to cook a lot like we did. The pool in the back yard is pretty small. Would be ok probably for littler kids but wasn't great for bigger ones like we had.

Stayed Jun 25, 2023Very pleased with house. Pool was clean lots of activities for entire family. All beds very comfortable. Kitchen well stocked with equipment. Couple suggestions. Leave more than one roll toilet paper per bathroom. Leave few more trash bags. Highly suggest having beach chairs and boogie boards for rent or use in houses. Large family all flew in and those items had to be purchased and we ended up giving away at beach. All in all wonderful experience.
