BEACHCOMBER- A Gem on Lake Erie 120 Feet of Private Frontage and Beach

With five families staying over the weekend all needs for cooking and hanging out was Great! Great beds and very clean house!

We have stayed in another property owned by Ted last summer. We chose beachcomber to have one more bedroom. This was perfect for our large extended family. Room for everyone and it had everything that was needed for a great Thanksgiving getaway. Great views, comfortable beds and furniture, tons of dishes and gadgets in the kitchen. We had a great time and even got to see the beach when the winds blew the lake to the eastern end. We've already rebooked it for late spring.

We have stayed in the Port Clinton area for many years for our get together trips, and all agree this place is our favorite. Very nice yard, kitchen, huge dining area and very nice living room.

This was a great property: Nice, large house right on the lake as advertised. Ted was super responsive, friendly and available if we needed anything! There is a beach within walking distance, but we were hoping it would be a little more sandy, and just a head's up there is a nuclear power plant pretty rather close to the house as well.

Great vacation home for family. The highlight was the private beach where we spent most of our time. Set up a Shibumi just like on an ocean beach. My son and I beached our two fishing kayaks. Fun to just roll up to the beach and hang out. Waded by the rock point inlet to marina and fished. Also fished on the shore of the inlet where we had our 3, 8, 10 and 12 yr olds caught bluegills, bass and white perch one after another. Went to cedar point and water park which was only 40 min away. Fun week.

We have stayed at Beachcomber for the last 4 summers and have booked again for next year. Ted is a great host and is always quick to respond to a request. The house is clean and there is plenty of room for our large family.

Have rented this house for the past 4 years. It has continued to exceed our expectations.

First time in a long time for our cousin group to come together. We chose this place because it was central to our current homes in Pennsylvania, Ohio, Michigan, and Illinois, and close to where we all grew up in Sandusky and Castalia, OH. We will be back!

Had everything we needed. Very of the lake is great.

Plenty of room/space for 4 families (15 people). Furnished nicely. Wasn't able to take more advantage of the outdoors since it was unseasonably cold. Dishwasher and toaster took some figuring out - posted instructions would be helpful. Nice place.

We stayed here to attend a wedding. We were lucky enough to have amazing weather for October which allowed us to enjoy the outside area.

Weather left a lot to be desired, but the house was great. Ted is quick to respond and his property manager even stopped by to make sure we were ok the day the storm hit as a result of hurricane Helene.

The pictures don’t do the property justice. It is very nice with lots of room - spacious bedrooms with very comfortable mattresses, nice kitchen and a great kitchen table and living room couch for discussions with friends. Perfect place to get away. And of course the view of the lake, sitting on the back deck.

Second year at this property

This was the second time we have stayed at this location. Our family LOVED our stay. We do a family vacation every summer and this is the first time we have stayed at same place twice. The location is perfect, the house set up is one of the best places we have ever stayed and if you have a big group or small group you will have more than enough room! We also loved that you can get to the water right from the property. Not many places provide that amenity. Ted, was always available and quick to respond to anything we needed during our stay. Thank you again for a wonderful vacation. See you next summer! We already booked our 3rd vacation for 2025❤️

Great property with beautiful Lakefront footage. Good for swimming, etc. Close enough to activities in nearby Port Clinton. Comfortable beds, good air conditioning system, well equipped kitchen. Property manager was available and helpful too!

Spacious home with plenty of room for our group of 12. Very well stocked kitchen. Appreciated the supplies available as well. We loved the fire pit at the chairs around it. Also loved the easy staircase entry to the water- great for paddle boarding access to the lake. Thanks for a great week!

Once again Ted didn't disappoint. The house indoors and outside are well maintained. Having a place to stay that accommodates are large family is wonderful.

Great vacation spot and home!

Our family of eleven spent a week at this rental. The location is ideal for our family as we have friends and relatives in the area. It is also a prime location to get to Put-in-Bay and Cedar Point. The house is exactly as the pictures show. The kitchen is well equipped and we had no problems cooking. We also used the gas grill. We highly recommend this place.

This was our third time at this house. The house was as shown, very comfortable, very clean and well equipped. There were nine people staying and none felt crowded. I have no problem recommending this house to my family and friends.

We wanted a place big enough for our large family of 11and this was it. All rooms were good size and beds were very comfortable. The area is not touristy which is a bonus and the views of Lake Erie are spectacular. Ted is a great host and we will be booking this place again.
