SHIRL'S SHORES IS A 7 DAY, MINIMUM, SATURDAY TO SATURDAY ROTATION. Sleeps 8, with queen beds in 3 bedrooms and 2 twins in the 4th. Stayed Jul 12, 2025We had a great week! The house was perfect and consistent with pictures and description in the listing. Well equipped kitchen with lots of seating at the island. We got plenty of use and appreciated the outdoor shower. Easy walk to and from the beach. Becky was friendly and met with us at check in. Appreciate the personal touch, especially compared to the rental companies!

Stayed Jun 14, 2025This is our second summer in this house. Steps to the beach, great layout in the house. My daughter and her family had their wing while my husband and I had ours. Big surprise this year was the new kitchen and island — everything was perfect. Becky and Shirley are the best hosts! Highly recommend.

Stayed May 24, 2025This was the third year our family stayed at Shirl's Shores. Communication is excellent. The house floor plan is great: open living room/kitchen/eat in island. Two bedrooms and a bathroom are on one side of the house and another two bedrooms and a bathroom on the other side. The kitchen has been recently updated with new cabinets and countertops - so pretty. It's a short stroll to the beach. The neighborhood is family/pet friendly. Restaurants and shopping is about 10 - 15 minutes away. The town of Duck is a little farther away but worth the trip to find all of the shops and bookstores. I recommend Shirl's Shores for a family friendly vacation.
