    Such a cosy space for us, we loved the back deck and easy access to bus routes, Mornington shops, and the shore. The house was well kept, comfortable, and quite clean. Unfortunately one of the bedrooms has no windows, and the kitchen space is small with a few utensils for use. However it was perfect for our needs and we had a lovely stay to celebrate the end of school exams. Thank you!

    Beautiful little home perfect for our stay. Beds very comfortable. Didn’t use third bedroom with the single beds. Kitchen has everything you need plenty of crockery and plates. Full laundry so appreciated. Communication with host is A1. Lovely and clean couldn’t fault. Bathroom and shower is beautifully renovated.

    not very well set up for average persons as dishwasher was not functioning and leaked all over the floor. not enough pots and bowls microwave was way too high also fire extingwisher was out of reach if needed, mat on floor in lounge was very loose and slipped and slided ,very dangerous, not enough bed linen in one of the bedroom,How can you call it a house when it was unit that was false advertising.

    Perfect location close to the beach and a 30 minute walk to Mornington main street. Local cafe (Lilo), with excellent coffee, a 15 minute walk. The property has excellent amenities including washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher. Everything provided in the kitchen for cooking. My only criticism was with regard to the cleanliness and general preservation of the property. I feel the property especially the kitchen area would need a deep clean. The shelves and drawers for storage were all quite dirty. While the sheets on the beds might have been clean, there were hairs etc on the outer covers! The bedclothes were washed out and drab looking. I contacted the owner the morning after our arrival and she apologised and sent some cleaning products and refunded two nights of our 15 night stay. A lovely little beach house in a perfect position but some attention to detail required. ay.
