Stayed Feb 1, 2026Great location in the village of Coronado. Walking distance to lots of great stuff and an easy bike ride to the rest of town. We’ve already scheduled dates again next year.

Stayed Oct 3, 2024We had a wonderful month on Coronado! This home is perfectly located to town and the beach. The neighborhood is quiet and the home is perfect for two to six guests. The top floor kitchen and family room is a wonderful space especially when the doors are open and fresh beach air flowing in!

Stayed Dec 30, 2023My husband and I spent three months here and felt very much at home. The house is well equipped and very comfortable. There is plenty of room for family gatherings. The location cannot be beat, centrally located to everything on Coronado, and the off street parking is a plus. Ed is a great host and went out of his way to make sure we had a good stay. We would definitely return.

Stayed Oct 2, 2023From the moment we arrived it was pure bliss~ Very nice Patios to lounge around with a fire pit and BBQ! Nice views, we even got to see fireworks one night! Home is well appointed, very roomy, and has what you need for a day at the beach. Walking distance to the beach, the Del Hotel and wonderful restaurants! This trip did not disappoint, see you next time!!

Excellent house with all the comforts of home and a charming neighborhood that had friendly and helpful neighbors that made you feel like you were a part of the communty.

Stayed Aug 1, 2023We stayed for the month of August; mostly just my wife and I, but also a visit from her mother for 10 days. The place was great! Loved the location - everything in walking distance, including the dog beach. We didn’t even get a chance to use the basement rec room (no need) but it was very nice. Check in and out was a breeze. The master bedroom bed was super comfortable. Never slept better. Ed Evans was very accessible and a great host. We would definitely rent here again.
