Beach Views, Heated Pool/Spa, Fire Pit, & Golf Green and walkable to downtown!

As a family ages ranging 1-80. We unanimously agree we would never stay here again. The house was extremely dirty inside and out. We spent the first day and a half cleaning the house. The floors had to be cleaned because the kids could not crawl on it without being covered in dirt, our feet and socks were also covered. The interior staircase was dangerous as it had several risers broken/ cracked/ lifting from the base. The grass was not cut upon arrival with weeds all around pool/ backyard. One side of the bunk room was unusable as the bed and built in bench were covered in ants. We had to buy ant spray and a blow up mattress to remedy the issue ourselves. We found food and wrappers under the mattress leftover from a previous guest attracting the ants. The pool pump was not working upon arrival, pool was completely cloudy as the filters were not working. The hot tub didn’t work. One garage door would not open therefore we could not park all of our cars. The outside couch was unusable and covered in mold. Vanity lights did not work in a bathroom and a bedroom dresser was broken. We had to clean the filter in the dishwasher to get rid of the offensive odor in it. This is a newer, beautiful, and spacious home that has not been kept up. The hosts were contacted throughout our stay multiple times. A few issues were taking care of in a timely manner and we appreciated that. However, the larger part of the issues were not taken care of and ignored.

The house was exactly what we needed for our family trip. The pool was lovely. The outdoor dining space was fantastic.

The home was everything we'd hoped. Super clean and very nice. Plenty of room for the family to gather together and for separate space when needed. Did not use the pool or spa but also a nice touch. Boys and I enjoyed the putting green. Definitely close to all attractions and restaurants. Enjoyed morning coffee while looking out onto the gulf. Host were very helpful and accomodating.

Enjoyed our stay at this property!! Having a private pool was a game-changer. However, the hot tub didn’t work, a bedroom door upstairs dragged the floor making it difficult to open and close, and the yard was not kid-friendly because of the picker grass. Would stay again and will recommend to friends.

This home is absolutely beautiful! The owner is very responsive to any questions. The home was very clean. I was nervous with so many children that something would get messed up but a little family meeting to go over rules eased my nerves. It had everything for our large family and extended family. All 7 children and 9 adults had a blast. The home is close to everything. It is very well stocked with plenty of towels including pool towels. The pool is amazing and enjoyed by all 16 of us. There are pool floats so no need to bring your own. The teens loved the huge comfy couch and wanted to sleep there and every night that’s where all the little kids fell asleep watching movies.The kitchen is very large, with plenty of dish wear and is so easy to make large meals with the 5 burner range and double ovens. Clean up is a breeze with 2 dishwashers! We never ran out of hot water even with 3 people showering at once. The outdoor seating/bar area was perfect for karaoke and card games! The beach is right across the street and easy to walk or drive to. The porch area was amazing to sit on and watch the sunrise. We used the beach wagon, toys and chairs. A few of us learned that putt putt golf is fun but definitely not a sport we will excel in. The only thing I would change is to have booked a longer stay. We can’t wait to return and hope to make this home a yearly destination for our large family.

Home was beautiful roomy and very accommodating! Hosts communicated quickly. Everyone in my family enjoyed the house and our stay, ages from 6- 68, each individual need was met and we were all comfortable!

This was an absolutely beautiful home! So clean and accommodating with very comfy beds and spotless bathrooms. We enjoyed the huge comfortable sectional too! The ocean view is always a perk, but the pool was our go to! Amazing set up! This was a really nice area because there were very few other tourists near us, if any! And, it is an easy and scenic short drive down the coast to Bay St. Louis if you want the small town entertainment for a few hours! The communication with our property manager was fantastic too! We had a great time!

Great location. Can walk to some casinos and restaurants and the beach. Great big house with lots of room for activities. Pool was very nice along with the grill and downstairs tv/lounge area.
