Beach Views - Across the Street from Beach, Rooftop Deck and Outdoor Kitchen

Our vacation was excellent! The house was great and the surrounding area inside the community was charming and relaxing. We did have to fill the propane on the rooftop fire pit. The master bedroom Jacuzzi also didn’t work on one side. It was the perfect place for a family to relax, unwind, and make great memories.

Great location. Unfortunately the home was not clean. Carpets were disgusting, crumbs on floor between couch and end table. I would not rent this home a second time

Beautiful home, cleaning missed a couple simple things upon check-in. All sites for the rental said that the community pool was heated for that time of year. This was a very important factor for me when deciding where to stay as I have a daughter with eczema & very sensitive skin, she can’t swim in the ocean. To our disappointment, I had to watch her during the entire stay sit it out every time that we all went to swim. The pool WAS NOT heated. When I notified the rental agency they said I could heat it for 60. A day. Really?? I’m going to pay 60 a day for the entire community to use a heated pool? The home itself was gorgeous & perfect other than the lie about the pool. Housekeeping could have done a better job before we arrived. I would rent this beautiful home again, if the pool IS HEATED like promised.

This home is absolutely beautiful! We loved every single minute of our stay.

We rented this home for my wedding weekend. My fiance could stay on the first floor and I would stay on the third. When we arrived the first night, the AC unit on the third floor was not working. We suffered through the night. I called the property manager and they send two people out and by the time we left for the wedding, the AC was repaired on the 3rd floor. My fiance had to get a hotel. It was a horrible experience. We come to get married and are charged these type of fees, to have no AC on the 3rd floor for 2 out of 4 days of our stay. I have reported my concern with the property manager and now when I call, it goes straight to a messaging center and hangs up. This is so wrong and I need help with making this right! They literally ruined my wedding weekend. My makeup artist and stylist struggled to keep me together due to the heat. We finally had to ask my fiance to leave the house so I could change floors. I seriously need someone to contact me to make this right. The owner did not hold up their end of the contract.

Awesome property. The architecture of this house is amazing. Prime location. The only downfall is the HOA not allowing your own umbrellas on the beach. You have to buy shade. But overall very good.

Stayed here for a family vacation and the house is stunning. The beach is a few steps across the beach and entry was easy! All the pots and pans you could want you have and there are endless restaurants close by. Would stay here again!

This house is perfect for a large group, offering plenty of space and a fantastic kitchen. The views of the ocean are stunning, and the rooftop deck is a wonderful spot to relax and take it all in.
