Stayed Apr 27, 2026The location of this beach house was excellent and definitely the highlight of our stay—easy access to everything we wanted to do, which we really appreciated. However, the property itself did not meet expectations. The space felt significantly smaller in person than it appeared in the listing photos, which was disappointing upon arrival.Cleanliness was also an issue. We encountered multiple roaches during our stay, which was concerning and impacted our overall comfort. The couch was broken when we arrived, and the kitchen was stocked with very limited utensils, making meal prep more difficult than expected.To their credit, management did respond by sending someone to repair the couch and spray for roaches, and we appreciated that effort. Still, these issues affected the quality of our experience, and overall we were left unimpressed. While the location is a strong positive, the condition and presentation of the property need improvement to better match expectations.

Stayed Dec 28, 2025The house smelled, the kitchen cabinets were sticky and the floors didn’t feel clean. Pool table was not in good condition.

Stayed Sep 6, 2025Great pool plenty of towels. Nice starter kits to get us started on our family vacation. Had an issue with the air conditioning and they were here to fix it in about 10 minutes!!! Great service very friendly and highly recommend, great location I'm able to see the ocean and drink coffee from the balcony what more could you ask for!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Great place to host a gathering with a few friends. Went out to celebrate my Bachelorette party and we had space to decorate, cook and enjoy the homes space. So many restrooms and rooms.

Stayed Jan 28, 2024Had a great time. The pool and hot tub were enjoyed by all. Had a small issue figuring out the hot tub and a small problem with the garbage disposal. They were there within a few minutes. Both gentlemen were polite and very helpful.House was great, plenty of room for eveyone. The staff on the phone were always polite. Thanks for a great time!!! We'll be backing 😎
