This beach house was so amazing and had absolutely everything you need for the stay! The kitchen is FULLY equipped and they have tons of beach equipment for the family too! The tv upstairs doesn’t come on and the ceiling light was out but there are table side lamps that work fine ! Thanks so much for allowing us to vacation here with my family! We enjoyed this trip and made so many new memories!

This was a great property and we had a wonderful time! The house was well stocked and owner was quick, responsive, and very accommodating. The proximity of the back made it perfect for our large family. Will definitely be back!!

We fell in love with this amazing property - we loved literally every aspect! We loved sitting on the deck. The house is perfectly situated only a few steps from the beach. Speaking of the beach, it's quiet with no cars allowed! The house had a ton of sand toys, some beach chairs, umbrella and more!The kitchen is very well stocked with any gadgets, utensils and pots/pans you could need during your stay! There was plenty of seating inside as well as outside on the deck. The bedrooms and bathrooms are all great, and the kids (22, 19 and 18,) loved the video game and board games. The owners were very friendly and communicative. You can tell they put in alot of effort to make sure everyone feels at home and comfortable during their stay. This is by far the best rental we have had and we will be back soon!

Awesome beach house! Great communication with the hosts both before and during our stay. Easy beach access. The house is very clean, uncluttered and organized. Lots of extras (chairs, canopies, umbrellas, beach toys, beach wagon, towels). Kitchen has everything you could need. Description in listing is spot on. Shannon and Richard treat you like family.

This was the perfect place! Close to the beach and no cars to dodge at the beach. The communication with the owner could not have been better. We celebrated my husband’s birthday and spent a nice weekend with family.

The property was amazing! We had 12 family members from age 7 to 93! All of us enjoyed the stay and were very happy with the accommodations! The hosts were very communicative and available during the stay to answer any questions! Would definetly return to this home!
